The Lovers biography
This Swiss group was produced by the same team as for E-Rotic.The official female vocalist Laura attended the same school as Jeanette Christensen from E-Rotic. As a matter of fact, E-rotic producer went to the same school as well. The Lovers were touring with E-Rotic as a ... team of dancers for the group.
Their first single was Love Me To The Limit. It was produced by David Brandes, Helmuth Russman, and Daniel Peyer, written and composed by David Brandes, John O'Flynn.
Go Just Get It was the single presenting the performers team. In the credits of the singles, apart from the names of David Brandes and John O'Flynn, one could read the name of Thea Austin. Is she the real vocalist ? Even if a cover art leaked, it seems that the song was never officially released as a single.
They were said to be working on their first album, but nothing came... The songs Ringa Dinga Dong (a fast-paced cover of E-rotic's Chico Chaco, probably featuring Lydia) and a cover of Baccara's Yes Sir, I Can Boogie were released in Japan on Avex Trax compilations.
In 2000 they released a track entitled Hey Let's Go. It was featured on Ultra Dance 007 (Nonstop Megamix) in 2000, then in 2001 on German compilations Ballermann Hits Party 2002 and Apres-ski Hits German compilation. The voice we could hear on it is really similar as Lydia's voice (the vocalist of Missing Heart or Apanachee)... It was composed by David Brandes and Jane Tempest, and written by John O'Flynn.
2024 : Go Just Get It was released under another Bros Music project name : Heart Attack.
