Mr Jam biography

Label: Spotlight Records. Mr. Jam is a Brazilian eurodance project. In 1996 siblings Fabianno and Laura Almeida decided to initiate a new musical project, calling it Mr. Jam. Laura did the female vocals, Fabianno cared about the male vocals and raps.

First album was entitled New Love Dimension and released under Spotlight Records. From this album, 2 singles were released : Celebration and The Way Love Goes.

In 1998 the duo was reinforced with new members : Ricardo Pinda and Dudu Marote, joining the producing team, contributing to place the song Rebola na Boa in the opening of soap opera "Vila Madalena". Sophomore album, simply entitled Mr Jam brought another prominent track, Shaka Shaka. In 2001 the project released their third album Supersônico. In 2002 the band split, because members wanted to focus on individual projects.

Fabianno kept on his solo career as a producer under alias Mister Jam. Heo contributed to eurodance projects Gym Zone and Claudja. He later became the producer of a Brazilian blast dance project called Kasino which scored a big hit entitled Can't Get Over in 2004.
