01/12/2018 : New from Sonia Madoc, single Bésame featuring Keymass & Bonche.

13/10/2018 : Sonia Madoc revealed the cover art and title of her new single : Oh La La. It will be the theme of a new TV show.

04/11/2017 : Sonia Madoc recorded a new version of her hit Deja Que Mueva that she released with Selena in 2001. XTM stands for brothers Xasqui and Toni Ten, who had already written and composed the song.

20/11/2016 : Sonia Madoc, who currently works as a collaborator on Cazamariposas TV show, was interviewed by TeleaudienciasTv. She revealed that she was working on a new song with producer Xasqui Ten and that she would not say no if she was invited to take part to real-TV program Gran Hermano VIP.

29/07/2015 : Discover the videoclip for Sonia Madoc's new single Todos a la Bahía.

16/07/2015 : Sonia Madoc's next single will be entitled Todos a La Bahía and it is planned for July 25th. Videoclip was shot between June 22nd and July 1st in Montgat near Barcelone in Spain, and was directed by Salva Muste.

29/04/2015 : Sonia Madoc posted photos of her in studio recording a new single. Producer is Xasqui Ten, who stands behind many great Spanish eurodance songs.

Sonia biography

The project was built around a solo featured a female vocalist called Sonia Basseda Cárdenas (aka Sonia Madoc or Sonia Herrera). Sonia is also a dancer and a model.

The vinyl and CDM of No Puedo Mas/This Is The Time contained English and Spanish versions : No Puedo Mas, This Is The Time, Instrumental and Radio Edit. It was written and produced by Pia and Molla, released under the label Calle Blanquerna in Spain and licensed under S+F Entertainment in Germany. Then came the single Donde Vas.

Sonia was featurd on Sonoro's single Get Up And Dance.

2001 : Sonia teamed up with Serena Leo. They released 2 singles produced by Xasqui Ten, Deja Que Mueva, Mueva, Mueva and Yo Quiero Bailar (which went #1 in the Spanish radiocharts and top 5 in the Spanish singles charts). They competed to be selected for ESC 2001, but were not selected. An album followed, including a track which was used as theme for the Spanish version of real-TV show Big Brother. The project split up in Spring 2002.

2005 : Sonia appeared in the real-TV show La Granja, she only stayed in the game for two weeks.

2007 : Sonia released a remixed version of Donde Vas. It was followed by Crazy For Love.

2010 : she appeared in TV show Sálvame Deluxe on Telecinquo.

2011 : in July, Sonia and Selena recorded a new version of Yo Quiero Bailar. The duet competed again to be selected for ESC, but failed. Sonia and channel Telecinquo were condemned by the The Court of First Instance of Madrid because, during the show Sálvame Deluxe the previous year, she said Pepe Navarro had been unfaithful to his wife with her. She released a single entitled Dame Vida under the scene name Sonia Madoc

2012: Sonia Madoc's new single was entitled Bienvenido a la Fiesta.

2013 : her new single was out, it was entitled Bailemos en el Sol.

2015 : Sonia Madoc released a new single entitled Todos a la Bahía.

2017 : she re-recorded an updated version of Deja Que Mueva.
