Patrick Samoy biography

Belgian DJ, producer, songwriter, post-producer and remixer Patrick Samoy did studies in Don Bosco Liège (Belgium). He started his producer career in October 1988 as he was only 18. He was, with Luc Rigaux, a member of DJs duet Unity Mixers aka Unity Power. He owns many labels : Red Lion's Records, Paradisio, Ô Fortuna productions, I.D.M. Records, Dance Development.

He founded Paradisio project in 1994, famous for their hits Bailando and Vamos a la Discoteca (Bailando sold 5 million copies)

He also did many remixes for projects and artists such as Technotronic, Corona, P.lion, MC Sar, Rozlyne Clarke, Indra, Kraze, Belinda Carlisle, Queen, Depeche Mode, Double You, Def Dames Dope, Latino Party, Santa Esmeralda to name a few

He toured a lot with the Paradisio project, appearing on the stage of 90s concerts and festivals

2024 : he was sued for fraudulent organization of insolvency
