Karen biography

British singer Karen J. Wainwright started working for Italian label A.Beat-C during the early 90s. Her 2 first singles Rhythm Of Loving and Nothing's Gonna Take My Love From You was released in 1992 and the style was Hi-NRG. Singles such as Open Your Eyes and Hurricane were fast eurobeat tracks. From 1994, her style changed to eurodance and her singles were released under Volume records. Then from 1995 she was back to eurobeat and the songs was only released on compilations.

She also did vocals (without being officially credited) on Zowie - I'm In Love ‎and probably also on 3 songs released on compilation under project name Amanda Hurley. She co-wrote Kelly Wright song Don't Play With Me and was probably the voice for all the project's songs. She may also have sung the lyrics of Wain L - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.
