Brenda Hale biography

Brenda Hale was born in New York. She studied in George W.Wingate High School. She released several solo singles in the 80s, then became a session vocalist. She worked several times with rapper Eric Singleton (for instance by collaborating with him on Touchdown's songs or on doing vocals on his I Love Music ). She performed the B-side Mister Groove for Mariam Dee & Latino Party. According to rumors, she took part to the cover of Snap's hit Mary Had A Little Boy under the name Stax.

She was also featured by the project Cosmo Crew on the track Show No Shame, once again along with Eric Singleton. The track was included on their single Back It Up). Then she recorded a solo single entitled Rain, produced by Salvatore Battiato, which doesn't seem to have ever been released. Afterwards, she joined the project Beat Production for the single Tell It To My Heart.

Brenda also contributed to Exit's Don't Tell Me All Your Dreams.
