Julian Feifel biography

German producer, guitarist and remixer Julian Feifel was born March 16th 1966 in Stuttgart. He grew up in Munich were he discovered his passion for music. In 1998 he spent one year in Münchner Gitarreninstitut. Next year, he became a lecturer in the same school. He also gave lectures in Cologne guitar institut. The following year, he went on European tour as guitarist with Milli Vanilli. He published his first album The Race as singer and guitarist under label BMG. Afterwards, he started a composer and producer carreer. The first artist he worked for was Gil Ofarim.

He contributed to eurodance projects E-base, Loc-8, Space Pilots and Sub Zero along with Patrick Magnet. As a guitarist, he also contributed to many tracks on Nemorin's album Mission Of Love. In 1995, he co-produced Jürgen Drews' single Durch Und Durch. He also collaborated with Peter Schilling (on his singles Sonne, Mond Und Sterne and Terra Titanic, and on project Space Pilots). More recently, he wrote a song for girls band No Angels.

Since 1986, he worked as a stage guitarist and vocalist for a lot of German and international artists, such as Eric Burdon, Gary Brooker, Jon Lord, Bobby Kimball, Ian Anderson, Chris Thompson, Peter Frampton, Bonnie Tyler, Alannah Myles, Roger Hodgson, Nick Van Eede (Cutting Crew), Chris de Burgh, Robin Gibb (Bee Gees), Les Weather Girls, Dolores O'Riordan, Sabrina Setlur, Jack Bruce, Victor Bailey, Manfred Mann, Midge Ure, Percy Sledge, Tony Carey, David Clayton-Thomas, Paul Young, Paul Carrack, Howard Jones, Johnny Logan, Piero Mazzocchetti, Peter Maffay, Mia Aegerter, Gianna Nannini, Milli Vanilli, Peter Schilling, Lisa Fitz, Kim Wilde, Bill Evans, John Helliwell, Steve Lukather, Al Di Meola, David Garrett, Midge Ure (Ultravox), Randy Brecker, Chaka Khan.

He also sung title songs for TV series such as Pokémon Serie, and movies, such as Workaholik and Abgefahrn.
