Martina Edoff biography
Martina Edoff was born 20th April 1968 in Motala (Sweden).
She's been working as vocalist for many artists, such as Dr Alban then E-type, but also Ulf Lundell, Wilmer-X, Ace of Base or Peter LeMarc. She also did background vocals for her former Dr Alban co-vocalist Nana Hedin.
Before 2006, she was known under the name of Birgitta Edoff. Actually Birgitta was her middlename. Since 1992, she had switched from Birgitta to Martina, but still in 1995 people had not got it and kept on crediting her as Birgitta.
In 1997 Martina was a member of the group Koolmatch.
Then she created the project Divas together with the vocalist Mia Löfgren (formerly from Rednex).
Martina Edoff took part to the real-TV program Fame Factory in 2003 and 2004. She released some songs on the Fame Factory compilations, such as One More Time, Standing In The Light or Can't Stop The Rain. She contributed to the musical White Christmas between 6-17 december 2005.
2009 : Martina is lead vocalist in the hard rock band Cougars. Their single Tear Apart was released in June.
2010 : Martina is a member of the Heart Attack project, a Swedish tribute to Heart, an American rock band. She plays the role of Ann Wilson. In June, they won the "battle of the Tribute band 2010" in Vainnarna, which is held every year in Sweden. They won the opportunity to perform at Sweden Rock Festival.
