A huge legend of 90s eurodance is back ! Even if one of the members Richard Williams sadly passed away, this did not meant the end of the project. His brother Courtney Williams keeps on performing in 90s concerts and festivals, along with Richard's son (Richard Jr aka AU) and the new female singer Rosalina Biolan. Several singles were released throughout the years, but there was no real studio album since 1995.
This third album is a collaboration with Experience of Music (Angleman is the team name of Courtney Williams and Frank Winkelmann) and follows a continuity with the 2 previous ones : a monochrome cover and "World" inside the title ! It gathers not less than 18 tracks : fresh remixes of re-recorded hits (previously released on the digital album The 2k21 Collection) as well as brand new tracks : the current and somehow disconcerting single Techno Party, Jamaican Roots (mastered by Thomas Detert from Activate and 666, and soon to be released as a single), Open Heart, Montego Bay...
Remixes are great, remixers did their best at reinterpreting the tracks and making them even more dancefloor-filling as they were before. By the way, I would have been curious to hear a remix for Love Is Magic, one of my favourite LOFT songs, and the track that made me discover the project back in 1994.
But Richard Williams does not forget his Jamaican roots as there is also plenty of euro-reggae and sunny vibes in this album.
And, another good news for collectors : the new album will be available as CD !
