Melvina studied untill the age of 16 and got a basic GSEs. Her great passion for dance lead her to audition for a dance troop at the Pineapple studios at the age of 20. She ended up in Italy on a 3 months contract which than gave her the possibility to audition for Italian television. She worked with Canale 5, Rete 4 and Italia 1 for nearly two years, dancing and also presenting the competitors for various shows.
