The single State Of Mind was recorded in 1993, but the CDM was released only the following year. Naomi is the name of the female vocalist. The project was produced in Holland, the label was Basic Beat Recordings. The lyricists, composers and producers were D. Van De Pas and R. Sauer (who also produced the artist Nicole). In 1994, Capital Sound made a great euro remix for this single, and it was included in the new CDM. A remixes vinyl was also released, it contained a Da Tribe Mix, a Thotful Mix, a Lemon 8 Groove Dub, and a Summer Mix.

Peter Rost, born 19th April 1984, was described as a real streetboy. He was more often with his friends on the square than in the livingroom.
