99th Floor Elevators consist mainly of Derby (UK) born ex-rock vocalist, freelance music journalist and fanzine editor, Adrian Fusiarski. He is supported by a floating group of collaborators & vocalists, most notably the writer, producer & engineer Clive Latham. They produced two massive tracks, Hooked & I'll Be There, with both reaching the top 10 in the UK's National Dance Charts. Subsequently, the tracks have appeared on over 50 major dance albums worldwide. Originally formed in London in the 90's, the project is now based in Southwest Florida, USA.

Ricky Davis was already known for having written big hits songs very popular in Japan such as Mela Help Me and Laurie Out Of Your Heart. He also co-produced with Mauro Farina releases for Ken Laszlo and Wildside. DJ Joe Sacs collaborated with well-known dance artists such as Black Machine and Los Locos. Adi Pott is the female voice of the group. She used to contribute as studio vocalist to projects such as Radiorama, DJ Miko and Bronski beat. Annerly Gordon also took part to the project.
