Singer, rhythm & blues guitarist, Josh Colow was born in Brooklyn, NY. He started playing the guitar from an early age. He has toured The United States and Europe with Jesse Winchester with his own groups and solo. He took part to Italian project Ti Pi Cal as male vocalist. He then left the project to start a solo carreer with the help of Visnadi, releasing a solo album entitled For Your Pleasure in 1996 under New Music International/EMI Italiana. He has worked in the studio with Livingston Taylor, Artie Traum. He eventually moved up to the Woodstock, NY area and continued to perform and record with musicians there.

Dancing In The Night was first released in Italy as vinyl under the Dig It label, then as maxi CD the next month. It was a big summer hit in Italy, reached #5 in the sales chart. Then it was released in Germany in June. The CD single included an Extended version, a Radio version, a XL Mix and a B-side called Turn Around.

Construction was founded by songwriter Chris D (real name Chris Djritschek) with 2 other male singers and dancers, Helmut Wolff and Huso Bajric. They released their first single Oh Girl in 1991. Second single Sex Is Like Fire featured vocals by Angela Martin. Both were produced by The Movement (Frank Hassas, Jürgen Wind and Olaf Jeglitza aka O'jay). Can You Feel It was produced and written by Chris D himself.

In 1996, boys band were fashionble again, and Construction were back. Project included not less than 7 boys. New members were Wesley (acrobatic dancer), KayCee, Bobby J, and Mikel.
