He did studies in the musical conservatory "Francesco Guccini" in Bologna (classic guitar, transverse flute, piano and history of music). He created his own band, T.D.F., and won the Rock Festival in Bologna. The he started working as composer with Antonello Venditti, and scored a #1 in the Italian charts with the song Buona Domenica. During the same peirod, he composed together with Adriano Celentano many movie soundtracks. Then he moved to Germany.
