The Edition Get Into Magic was founded back in 1990 by Torsten Fenslau,
Jens Zimmermann and Nosie Katzmann, with the records
company Warner Chappell as co-publisher. In 1992 Torsten Fenslau and Nosie Katzmann
separated from their third partner Jens Zimmermann. Then in 1993 Torsten Fenslau
has a fatal car accident near Darmstadt. His brother Frank took control over
Torsten's inheritance. But in 1994 Frank Fenslau splitted with the Edition Get
Into Magic and established his own company named Abfahrt Publishing. In 1997
Nosie transformed the Edition Get Into Magic into a GmbH and he remained as
only music publisher, while Warner Chappell remained a partner, an administrator
and co-publisher.
