 Vocalist and vocal coach Lorenza Clarissa Van Vliet was born on the 7th April 1974 (or 7th August according to other sources) in Rotterdam. Her
father was Dutch and her mother was Indonesian. She has 3 sisters and brothers. Very early she showed her musical
talents and studied theater at school. Then she sung as soprano in a choir (Sopraneim Kirchenchor).
In 1993 she performed at Nacht van Oranje in Ayoh Rotterdam. Next year, she won the first place in a talent search competition in Rotterdam,
which lead her to take part to a song festival in Brasov, Romania. During this festival,
she sung in front of 10 000 persons and won the 6th place.
