They took notice of the rapper and songwriter Tamo,
supported by the young, only 16 years old singer Kerstin. The first Fresh Trends
production to be released were Carry Light To My Dreams and Love Is
Like A Melody. They use the vocoder technique and the singles sound a little
like Eiffel

Garfield is a German project of Metronome records, featuring a solo vocalist
from London called Rachel Wallace (1,65m, born in 1971, born and raised in Hoxton, Shoreditch). Rachel had already
scored some solo hits with I Feel This Way in 1991 and later Tell Me Why in 1994, which went #1 in the british
dance charts in 1994. Rachel possesses a university diploma in marketing and
management and worked until May 1995 in the British Ministry Of Agriculture.
"It was not particularly difficult to persuade me to cooperate with the
project. And Garfield brought me then also still unexpected luck" Rachel
explains.
