In 1993 Mark Wahlberg and Joe Paquette alias Prince Ital Joe teamed up with Frank Peterson and the producer from U96 Alex Christensen. The project Prince Ital Joe feat. Marky Mark was born. Together they released several hits (usually followed by a remixes CD) between the years 1993 to 1995. Their music had many influences from other musicstyles such as reagge and hiphop. They released their last single in the autmn of 1995, and finished their 2 year project with a world tour.
