and Jukka Tanttari and the female singer Päivi Lepistö. They took

That is nonsense - it is year 2006 and there is no Estonian who does not remember Mr Happyman, the project brought "the totally stressless music" to Estonia. And besides that the superhit Las mina proovin siis ka (means "Let me try as well") has become legendary instead of being forgotten.
The super-hyper dance-music project of 90s is still alive and popular and they proved it in spring 2006 with their album Retro.
