Valerie Simmonds biographyValerie Simmonds has been living in Germany for more than 20 years. She is not only a vocalist but also a dancer, a musical plays actress and a hip-hop teacher. Valerie was a member of the eurodance project Sly, which released the single One Day in 1993, along the producers Alex Trime and Sven "Delgado" Jordan. In 1999, she took part to the Night of the Proms. Between 2000 and 2002, she played the role of Crystal in the play Little Shop of Horrors. She also appeared in other musicals : Jesus Christ Superstar, Hair, and Paradise of Pain Valerie did background vocals for Lionel Ritchie and Randy Crawford. She also organized many gospel-workshops in schools and churches. She also was also a part of the band The Modern Musical Ensemble, along with Holger Hauer and Isabel Dörfler.
