Poison Beat biographyPoison Beat is an unofficial project by Krasi. His songs are superb eurodance tracks. Krasi started making music in the beginning of 2005 due to an unusual reason. He did not have any musical education, and had never learnt composing, harmony, playing any kind of instrument. He was just a true fan of the classic 90's eurodance. "What made me start working with music was my curiosity - I found a program for creating music by pure chance and was curious to see what can be done with it. Well, it hooked me and so I started experimenting with music, mainly eurodance (in the beginning)" he explained. Until 2006 he created a bunch of homemade tunes and shared them under a couple of different project names. His first project was called E.P. (which stands for Eurodance Project), then he began remixing old Italian eurodance tunes under the nick Serdica. In the end of 2006, he decided to change his project name : "I got bored of E.P. and wanted to pick something that sounds better and more like an authentic dance project from the 90's" he says. So Poison Beat came to life. "Well, there's nothing special about that, I was just thinking of different variants of project names, this one popped up into my mind and I decided it sounds well enough (although it's not gramatically right - should be Poisonous Beat, however...). The first track I made using this project name was called Activate The Power". Later came On The Floor, described by Krasi himself as "a typical homemade euro tune". Then Take This Out was unofficially released for free download as a 4-tracks maxi single, containing a radio mix, a euro mix, an instrumental version and the acapella file, featuring some vocal samples from the FL Studio default audio files library. Followed the tracks Driving To The End, Poisonous, Big Daddy, My Heart Belongs 2 U and I Don't Feel The Fire (which got re-recorded in a Russian studio with raps and vocals, under the title Ya idu v ogona which stands for "I'm going into the fire"). The track Possession featured raps by the Bulgarian rapper SNG and vocals by Bulgarian singer Polina. "But it was never properly mixed and officially released" Krasi explains. Followed Power Of Emotions, The End (inspired by Mr. Vain and K' Da Cruz - Push), Only In Your Dreams, Pure Energy (Ice MC, or someone who pretended to be him, posted on Krasi's MySpace page that he wanted to record this one, but unfortunately that never happened), and Pack Jam (a freestyle track, inspired by the tunes of Freestyle Project) 2009 : in August, One Month In Heaven was released. This euro track, was "dedicated to an unforgettable month spent with an unforgettable person...", Krasi says. Then came You Are My Angel (a dream-house track, "dedicated to a very special person to me"), Bring It Back, Everybody (Wake Up In 1994) (with Max P's raps taken from the acapella of Club Factory's I Think I Wanna Rock) 2011 : Get On The Floor (Eurodance Theme) was made during the Summer of 2011. It used again some raps by Max P. and by Ice MC. Apart from these tracks, Krasi also made a lot of remixes under the Poison Beat nick. All of them are featured on his YouTube channel. He started with a pure euro remix of Freemasons feat. Amanda Wilson - Watchin'. Then a remix, made by a friend, inspired him to remix Sunfreakz feat. Mia J's Drive Out. Later he remixed 3 songs of Romanian pop/dance singer Inna : Hot, Love and Sun Is Up. Followed a remix of Den Sled Den (in English - "Day After Day"), a song by a young Bulgarian pop/reggaeton singer called Marieta, Medina's You & I, Cascada's One More Night, Groovebusterz's Destiny, Velvet's My Destiny (the remix was inspired by the Bermann Brothers tracks : Real McCoy's Another Night, Amber's This Is Your Night, etc.), J Lo and Pitbull's On The Floor, La Bouche In Your Life, and more recently Sunshine by the unofficial Digital Base Project.. 2012 : Krasi remixed Adele's Rolling In The Deep. He is currently collaborating with musicians from Digital Base Project, working on a cover of Anthera's - Good Time Tonight. Latest Poison Beat news24/03/2012 : Poison Beat just remixed one of my all time eurodance favourites, N-Trance's masterpiece Electronic Pleasure, and the result is just awesome... 04/03/2012 : Krasi from Poison Beat arranged, mixed and mastered a cover of Piccadilly's single Coming Up. Vocals were done by Ms. Vain (Irina, vocalist of Digital Base Project). 20/02/2012 : Poison Beat published a remix of Alexandra Stan's Get Back (ASAP). 30/01/2012 : Poison Beat remixed Digital Base Project's single Sunshine.
