Sydney Fresh biographySydney was born and raised in Paris. His first single was The Party Just Began in 1989 (with a contribution by Tony T). If It's Love (including a remix and a B-side), Move Your Body and Feel The Love were released in the year 1991. An album was released the same year, called House And Rhymes. Later came Feel The Bass (Hot African Remix), a one-track single released under Dance Street Records, and Feel The Emotion (including 3 mixes) in May 1994, published under Polygram. A remixes CD was released in September. In 1993, he contributed to the project French Connection, for the single I Don't Like Reggae, along with Royal Kid and Jérome Walker. The next year, Feel The Emotion was released. The music was written and produced by Levent Canseven and Uwe Lux for The Party Animals Production. It was ublished by Kick.Musik/Edition Dancefloor. Lyrics were written by Sydney Fresh, additional vocals were done by MC J. and Anita Davis. The record was dedicated to his son Sydney jr. On the excellent eurodance track Rhythm Typer, the female vocalist was Christiane Eiben. Single was produced by Axel Breitung. He also contributed to the project Passpar-2, along with MTJ. In 1995, Sydney Fresh recorded the excellent eurodance track Devotion, which remained apparently unreleased till 2006. More recently he teamed up with the hip hop project Good Guyz for the single What You Wanna Do. He performed as support act for Usher in Germany. His idols are Omarion from B2K, Usher, Timbaland, N.E.R.D, ColdPlay, Linkin Park and Lenny Kravitz 2009 : Sydney Fresh is now known as Sydney-7 and started a new carreer in French R'n'B. He released the solo album Radio Magic-7 2010 : his new single was entitled C'est du Lourd. 2011 : he was back to English language with Party 2nite. Later the same year, he released the video for songs Sexy Laska and Senza di te.... 2012 : he signed under a new label called Swago-Syd-Records. He released the single Can You Feel in February. In October, his new single was entitled Can't Let You Go.
