Felix biography

Felix was a dance project from the producers Rollo Armstrong and Red Jerry (Felix). Their debut single Don't You Want Me was released in the Spring of 1992. It reached # 6 in Israel and # 3 in Israel's dance chart of the 1990's decade, # 6 in UK, # 1 in Italy, Denmark, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Holland, Austria, Switserland, Ireland, # 2 in Germany, # 1 at MTV Europe for 5 weeks, # 1 in US Billboard dance chart. Red "Felix" Jerry was just 20 years old.

The following single It Will Make Me Crazy reached # 13 in UK, # 14 in Israel, # 6 in Germany, # 1 in Italy, Spain, Norway, # 6 in Europe's singles chart, # 6 at MTV Europe, # 2 in the US dance chart. Stars, released during the Summer 1993 was # 29 in the UK chart and # 1 in the UKdance chart. Don't You Want Me '95 was # 10 in UK and the '97 version of the same single reached position # 17. The succes was so big that they made a whole album. But when the album was released a big argue between the producers began because Felix had not written in the credits the name of Rollo, so everybody thought Felix was a one-guy project. Finally they split. Felix started the project JX after that. Rollo Armstrong went in to many projects like Kristine W., Dusted, Sphinx, The O.T. quartet and of course his biggest project Faithless.
