Carlo Fath biographyProducer, remixer and vocalist also known as Carl Fath, Carlo Faith, Io Carlo or Charly Fath. Born in Hanau (Germany) in 1971, he came to Italy in 1974. He started learning piano at the ago of 8, and entered the conservatory. He graduated in 1984 after 2 failures. In 1987, he studied philosophy. At 18, he entered the faculty of politic sciences, earning some money by giving English (his mother is English), piano and fitness lessons. In 1993, he founded his own recording studio. He contributed to the eurodance projects Ancorah, Suzie Ann, Bleeding Heart, Kathy Read, Cobra, Stereo Agents and Robey B, among others, most of them featuring Sandy Chambers. He also stood behing acts and projects such as The 4, Aeon, Aquapura, Armonia, B.U.S., Carnival, Dub Brice, Duophobia, The Funky People, Identification Two, MIND Project, Nobody, The Politicians, Polyphonic, and Romantics. In 1996, he started studying karate. He also remixed singles such as De Nuit - Around The World, Simply Red - Perfect Love, The Touch - Radio Station, Carnival - Not Over Yet Carl has been working for the independant label Motivo Productions since 2002. He released some singles under his own name, then more recently as Io, Carlo. 2008 : he released a new single entitled Figlio dei Manga under the alias Io, Carlo.
