Excess biography

This project features the voice of Valery D. It was actually Valerie Dore, also known as Dora Carofiglio, her real name being Monica Stucchi. She was born on May 28th, 1962 in Monte Carlo. The concept of Excess was releasing eurodance remixes of Valerie's 80s hits.

The single The Night was composed by Nicolosi and Addoms, originally released in 1984. The remixed version was released under Active Music.

Get Closer (the original version was released in 1985) was licensed in France under the label Panic Records/Active Music, producer by Wilko (Sefe's producer).

A single called Deep Sound was released under the name Excess in 1995. Maybe it's the same project, maybe not.
