Ellas 3 biography

Ellas 3 is a girls trio from Mexico. Their member are Lish, Floria and Joanna.

The group formed in the preparatory, at that time they were named "3-2-1". They competed in the contest "Valores Juveniles Bacardí y Compañía" in the year 1996 with the song Quiero Bailar, winning 3rd place. They were spotted by Carlos Lara, who became their manager and producer. They got signed under the first records company to which they were presented : Universal Music. Luz Blanchet (art designer) and Arturo López Gavito (Universal Music director) found the project name Ellas 3.

Their first single Luz De Luna went straight to Top Ten of the most listened songs of the moment. Then came Bote De Basura, followed Corazones Confundidos. The girls appeared in events such as "Vox F.M.", "Rockola - Coca Cola", "Festival Acapulco '98"; in the festival "Un Mundo Mejor". They recorded together with Kabah, Lynda, Mercurio, Aranza and other Mexican dance and pop singers, the song l Pescador for an event dedicated to the Pope in the Aztec stadium in 1999.

Tómbola is a cover of the spanish singer Marisol.
