DJ Tantrum biography

DJ Tantrum is a collaboration of song writer and producer Nivek Tek and Swedish musicians Johan Edman & Per-Olov Martensson. DJ Tantrum featured the Swedish vocalist Jamina. Their style is eurotrance / eurotechno.

DJ Tantrum, though still only in the working demo and shopping stages, managed to find its way into select clubs & record companies in Stockholm, Sweden.
Two tracks Go Your Own Way and You Are Breaking My Heart, were featured and played on one of the biggest pop radio stations in Norway, Kiss FM. This also included a two-part radio interview with one of the creator/writers, Nivek Tek. Needless to say, the response was overwhelming.

We are currently looking for some big name Eurotechno producers to breathe new life into the title track off the forthcoming DJ Tantrum LP called Go Your Own Way. This track is slated to be the first release from Stockholm's DJ Tantrum. They are currently working hard on the debut LP that promises some killer dance floor beats and rhythms, and unforgettable melodies!

Jamina Jansson (Vocalist)

Jamina is the quite energetic and charasmatic frontwoman for La Cube and more recently, DJ Tantrum. Jamina is no stranger to the entertainment industry. She began her musicial career at the tender age of only seven by singing various styles of popular music in festivals and social gatherings. Jamina comes from a musicial background as she still performs quite frequently in clubs throughout Sweden with her father. She has worked with many talented musicians and projects covering a wide range of musical styles such as Rock, Soul, R&B and Dance. She also won the national contest "Sångmicken 1997" and appeared on a Swedish television program called "Vad du vill". Jamina has one main goal to make great music to make people happy.

Nivek Tek (Lyrics and music)

Nivek Tek is the main songwriter and producer for DJ Tantrum. Nivek has been involved in the music and Dance Music industry for many years as a songwriter, vocalist and producer. He has worked in various fields of the music industry such as; marketing, management, promotion and A&R. He has also acted as owner and publisher of Unique Magazine, a grassroots magazine covering the Club and Dance Music scenes. He now runs Dance Zone Productions for which he showcases some hot new European talent. Nivek also started Ultimate Vision Entertainment, where he acts as owner and artist manager to the hottest band from outer space Moonlife. He currently is writing, remixing and producing music in Sweden as well as the US, where he currently resides. He is one of the writers/producers for DJ Tantrum and Yumm Yumm. With many ideas and marketing concepts under his belt, Nivek plans to conquer the Dance Music world full force.
