Francesco Contadini biographyFrancesco Contadini was born in Trieste on August 23rd 1966. He started studying piano at the tender age of 5. At the age of 13 he already played live in the most famous places of the region. In 1984, after studying piano-jazz during a few years with master Pierpaolo Cogno at the Triestine Musical Center, he became part of the the group of the singer Baiguera Angel who toured as support-act for Fabrizio De Andrè for more than 20 dates in Italy and Switzerland. At the same time, he participated to Festivalbar on Channel 5 and to some broadcasts on RAI. In 1985 he participated with the Witz Orchestra to several broacasts and shows on the RAI channels. In those years, his favourite music went from Jazz-Rock (Weather Report, Jaco Pastorius) to the electro-pop (Howard Jones). From 1985 to 1986, he contributed to the realization of Angelo Baiguera's album Angelo, to the jazz project of Gabriele Centis and Pier Cogno New But Old and to Fabio Mini Group's Be Near Me... From 1989 he started his dance music composer and producer carreer. "I started to play compositions of mine in several discotheques of the region, and also in the zone of Lignano. I met Riccardo Persi who listened my workd to a my piece and it proposed to produce it. I begun to understand the mechanism of the production of dance music" he explains. He stood behind a hundred of productions with the most important Italian and foreign record labels. He collaborated with several teams (De Point, Express of Sound, Palace Rec. Study of Andrea Gemolotto, Deep Out Prod. with Fulvio Zafret etc.) With Fulvio Zafret he co-produced many eurodance projects such as Future City, Night People and Blue Heart. He also took part to Sartorello Forniture Move Baby Move in collaboration with D. Sion and M. Sartorello. Between 1997 and 1998, in his private studio Black Out Studio located in Cervignano (Italy), he remixed Nek's Laura Non C'è for Italian label WEA. It sold more than 38 000 copies in Italy, 250 000 in France and Germany). He also remixed Sei Grande and Se Una Regola C'è. He remixed Mietta's Angeli Noi and produced Pitura Freska's Papa Nero. In 1997 he composed and produced an Acid Jazz album with the English singer Melissa Bell (chorist of Elton John, George Michael, Queen...). In 1998 he took part to the project Stereo Kickers for the soccer world cup. In 2000 he produced Afrika Bambaataa's single You Ask for the Moon. It was released in all Europe, South America, South Africa, Australia and the United States. The same year, he remixed Mietta's single Fare L'Amore, which was a hit at San Remo Fastival 2000 In 2001, together with Sergio Portaluri,
he produced Baby Marcelo's single. He also remixed 883's La Lunga Estate
