Chess biographyChess was founded in 1992 by the producer duet Berman Brothers (Christian and Frank) and the singer Kena Amoa. Kena was born in Leipzig on September 30th 1970. He is 1.90m tall. If You Leave Me Now (a cover of a song originally released by Chicago in 1976) was mixed by Graham Laybourne, produced by Boogie Park and Brothers United. It was quite successful. Follow You was produced, composed and written by the Berman Brothers. An album entitled Checkmate was planned, but never released. The project stopped because of lack of success of the last singles. Kena lives in Cologne. After Chess, he hosted the youngs TV magazine Lollo Rosso on WDR. He nowadays works as a moderator (since 2007 he co-hosts RTL Exklusiv), author redactor and reporter (for "Fit For Fun" on Vox till 2004, nowadays for the Frauke Ludowig team).
