Peter Bauwens biography

Songwriter, keyboardist, composer, arranger and producer Peter Bauwens contributed to the eurodance projects Def Dames Dope, CB Milton and 2 Unlimited. He's been teaching at the University College Ghent, Faculty of Music and Drama (Conservatory) for 9 years.He also works as a vocal coach and as an artist and band coaching. He also contributed to the projects and artists Wim De Craene, Johan Verminnen, Isabelle A, The Dinky Toys, Blue Blot, Soulsister, Technotronic and recently Dean, winner of Idols 2007, Flemish edition, but also Dutch artists like René Froger, Bløf, Volumia!, Xander de Buisonjé, Sylvia Samson, and American or international artists like Rufus Thomas, Stanley Wade (The Trammps), Viola Wills, Johny Logan, etc. He collaborated with Peter Gillis, Phil Wilde, Ronald Vanhuffel and Wilfried Van Beveren.

Nowadays he writes songs in French, English and Dutch, does a lot of arranging as well. He lives in Ghent.
