Ann Bell Fell biography

Ann Bell Fell is actually a duet : vocalist Ann (real name Ann-Katrine "Kati" Lindfelt) and Illusion Rake (Rauli Eskolin). The producers team was Sir Martin, Huma & Peka P. Ann Bell Fell's project name was invented by producer Jukka Vuolle.

One of their first singles was My Life, composed and written by Rauli Eskolin, released under Polydor. Taste Of Difference, composed and written by Jukka Vuolle, was also recorded in 1994.

Then came Around' Around, released in 1995 with Danish Flex. A videoclip was shot for this song. They was accused of plagiarism of Abba Summernight City. They were finally disculpated by the ABBA members themselves. Next big hit was We Come We Go in 1996, under the label Flex.

The single I Feel It Coming On was originally made by Basic Element, but they never released it. So they "donated" this song to Ann Bell Fell. Peter Thelenius from Basic Element is featured in this song. Ann Bell Fell did also some gigs with Pandora.

Ann Bell Fell released her first album in 1996. It was entitled We Come We Go and gathered all the first hits. 2 years later came another album, called Annbellivable.

In 1996 too, Ann Bell Fell appeared as guest vocalist on the album Discopolis, by the Finnish rock group CMX

In 1997 she recorded Rainy Dayz, composed and written by Illusion Rake, which appeared on a Bonus CD 6 of finnish dance and pop.

In 1998 was released their last single Heart Goes Boom. A video was shot, directed by Tomi Jarva.

Then the project disbanded because Rauli was busy with Inkfish studios. Furthermore, eurodance style was fading away.

In 1999, Kati did guest vocals on an album released by the Finnish metal band Mokoman.

Ann Bell Fell was featured once again in 2000 on a CMX album called Dinosaurus Stereophonicus. She also appeared on Campaus's single Tears'N'Joy in 2002 (label Nozle, written, recorded, produced & mixed by Illusion Rake).

2004 : she did backing vocals on Maj Karma's album Sodankylä

Kati nowadays work as a music teacher. Illusion Rake co-writte and produced albums for other artists such as Kristen Orre and Sitruunapippuri, and did many remixes. He then became a member of Skydive and Campaus.
