Angelique biography

Singer and composer Angélique Ekström Widengren was a member of pop band The Sound of Music (along with Nanne Nordqvist and Peter Grönvall, who was Angélique boyfriend at that time). They ended #4 in Eurovision Song Contest 1986 with song Eldorado and in 1987 with song Alexandra. They split after 2 albums and 9 hits, then Nanne and Peter got married.

In 1998 Angélique released eurodance single entitled Come On And Jump. Keyboards, drums and sounds were done by Andy White. Lyrics were written by Angelique and Andy White.

2000 : she founded the group Free Fantazy with Joakim Granberg and Anders Thorslund. In 2002 they released the single House Party.

2004 : she contributed to compose Elena Paparizou's song Treli Kardia. English version Just Let It Out and Swedish version Öppna upp för kärleken were sung and released by Angelique.
