Hard to chose which Magic Affair single is the best, since they are the masters of black magic. So, let's start with this eurodance classic. Amazing melody, infectious beats, and intelligent lyrics for a very dense and mystical atmosphere.
#3
It starts with a bell tolling 12 times far away, a wolf howling, a gravestone sliding, then a few notes on the piano... A dark melodic composition with a strong cineastic touch... Which then reveals one of the most beautiful DJ Bobo songs from World In Motion album (my favourite version is the album version, by the way).
#4
An awesome eurodance track from the same production team as Fun Factory. Coming along with a dark and creepy video clip filled with grim symbols. In spite of its success (after all, there was a remixes CD released !), there was no follow-up single.
#5
In The Middle Of The Night
"Sweat pours down as I toss and turn
#6
No Halloween party would be complete without a witch... I fell immediately in love with this rich and powerful track featuring Sylvia's harsh voice. 2 years before 666, Fabrizio Gatto had understood how Spanish lyrics could sound dark and erotic.
#7
Don't Cry (Vampires Love)
It starts with a deep male voice floating over a mysterious melody. Then the beat starts and it's time for another great eurodance track.
#8
Another Magic Affair track, this time featuring Anita Davis and former E-rotic rapper Raz-ma-Taz. A superb track that gives you the creeps. Unfortunately never featured on any album... A must-have for Halloween.
#9
The Last Vampire from album Olé Olé - The Party
There's a lot of mystery about this superb track. It should have been released along with DJ Bobo's album Vampires. Instead, we had to wait until the best of album Olé Olé - The Party to see it released, almost on the sly. Quite a pity, because to my opinon this lovely track really deserved a better treatment !

The most mysterious about Double Active was the identity of the "wicked witches" duet. Names of the blond and the brunette haven't been credited so far, which is quite unusual on a German release. Hocus Pocus was produced by Achim Sobotta and Achim Opermann, responsible for many excellent eurodance tracks. This fast-paced track is more uplifiting than scary, actually.
