Records company : SAIFAM Publishing Group. Ricky Davis, Joe Sacs and Adi Pott are the members of the project. Ricky Davis was already known for having written big hits songs very popular in Japan such as Mela Help Me and Laurie Out Of Your Heart. He also co-produced with Mauro Farina releases for Ken Laszlo and Wildside. DJ Joe Sacs collaborated with well-known dance artists such as Black Machine and Los Locos. Adi Pott is the female voice of the group. She used to contribute as studio vocalist to projects such as Radiorama, DJ Miko and Bronski beat. Annerley Gordon also took part to the project. All the singles were released in vinyl format. The first singles seem to have been released under the name of A Key BJ.

The very first single of the project was entitled If I Can't Have You. Released in 1993, it was produced by Saccardo and Bindella for 21st Century records, recorded and mixed at Factory Sound Studios in Verona. It included a B-side calld BJ Groove. It was a cover : the song was originally sung by Yvonne Elliman.

The follow-up was entitled I Hear You : it included a Factory Team Edit, a Dub version, a V.D.A. Edit, and a A. Kay Edit. It was written and composed by A. Bindella - M. Farina and G. Crivellente.

The single Sleeping In My Car is a the cover of a song written by male-pop-artist Per Gessle, who had done this title originally with his group Roxette. The single included a B-side called Car In The Groove.

The follow-up was entitled Why. It was produced by A. Gioia and Factory Team, composed and written by A. Gioia, P. Zollo and F. Serra. It came with 4 mixes : a Factory Team Edit, a Radio Edit, a Cool Mix and a Hard Mix.

Then came Love Reaction, one of their best eurodance singles. The vinyl included a Global Factory Team Mix, a No Rap Mix, a Hamburg Mix and a Bonus Groove. It was written and composed by M. Farina, G. Crivellente and F. Serra.

The song Everything She Wants featured the voice of Alex Perry. The track Funky Town was only released on the SAIFAM compilation Dance Hits 80 vol 1.

Together Forever was a cover of R. Ashley. The same year, Rebel Rebel was released : the vinyl included a Short Mix, a House Touch and a Definitive Mix.

Since I Only Wanna Be With You in 2000, no new single was released.

There are 2 tracks that could have been published on compilations only : In The Groove and Everytime.

Label : Blanco Y Negro. Their name (pronounced "A las diez en casa") means "at 10PM at home" (It makes reference to those young girls who go clubbing but are ordered to come back soon at home). This Spanish project features 3 girls, Eva, Isabel and Laura (one of them being the daughter of a music producer), coming from Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha. Te Vere (I Will See You) was released in 1996 and it was a quite powerful eurodance track. Their first album entered the sales charts only one week after it's release in 1997.

In 1998, they took part to the Festival de Benidorm with the song Con todo descaro.

The project featured the voice of Sandy Chambers. The single was released as vinyl in Italy under Unknown Label / KLF Music. It was written and composed by Sandy Chambers, Max Caso, Parmigiani and Lovercraft, produced by Max Caso and Lovercraft.

Another eurodance track, featuring Jacaragga and entitled Naked In The Rain, was also released. The track is 100% similar to Hyena Naked In The Rain. Maybe it's the same project, maybe not.

Nathalie Aarts was born and lived for 21 years in Breda (Holland). During this period her interest for music developed and she studied piano, guitar and, subsequently, singing.

In 1984 she was the protagonist of the film Picking Up The Pieces, which toured all major European film festivals and won several awards. In 1989 she got a jazz dance teacher diploma and in 1991 she decided to leave both Holland and her group, The Fuse, of which she had been the singer for 6 years. Having arrived in Italy she started working with the La Bionda brothers and as vocalist for a few advertising jingles. In December 1991 her work with the brothers resulted in her first record as solo artist, a cover of a song by Lisa Stansfield titled Change. Only a few copies of the vinly were printed

In the following years Nathalie studied at the Civic Jazz School of Franco Cerri and Enrico Intra, working as backing vocalist for Gianna Nannini on the album “Per Forza e Per Amore” (Festivalbar Verbania 1993), Adriano Celentano and the English group Right Said Fred (Roxy Bar) but also with various musicians and producers as author and as vocalist in various musical projects (WASP, Daffodil...). She also performed with project 2 Cowboys during their TV appearances.

A meeting with the well-known producers Molella, Phil Jay, Roby Santini, Gianni Fontana and Argentinian singer German Leguizamon, led to the creation of dance music project The Soundlovers. During more than 10 years and 15 singles, she scored many hits, taking part in major musical shows and radio and television programs.

In July 2001 she started singing in the Nat’s Band with four new musicians and in October she joined one of the best-known Gospel groups, the No One Else, with which she has been taking part in several concerts in many big theatres and gospel festivals, both in Italy and abroad. She also contributed to the project Larabelle. You might not always be able to recognise Nathalie in the various video clips that were produced, that is because she has always chosen not to be identified, to enable her to continue interpreting all her other music projects.

In August 2006, after a 2-year break, 2 new Soundlovers songs were published, still featuring Nathalie : Can’t Stop Dancing and I’m Not Scared.

Nathalie has been working together with Kim Lukas since 1999 for various promotions all over the world and with Neja as part of the project Girls Party, the two have become friends, also because of the fact that they have often been mistaken one for the other, so much so that sometimes they are given back the wrong passports at customs. The two have therefore had the idea of singing like "two real sisters"…

2007 : Nathalie and Kim Lukas released their first single Change The World under Ritmica Records. Nathalie was also featured by Stefy NRG on the track Music Is My Life. Meanwhile, Nathalie was performing, singing cover versions of various genres, from blues, to rock, funky and revival in some venues in and around Milan.

2008 : The Soundlovers and Nathalie were back with a new single entitled My Body And My Soul.

2010 : Nathalie, Kim Lukas, Neja, Be Angel, Viviana Presutti (Da Blitz), Ryan Paris, P.Lion, Luca Zeta and Miko Mission joined to form the charity project Bandance. The single Guiding Star (an homage to Michael Jackson) will be released on June 25th. All incomes will go to San Paolo Hospital in Mailand

2011 : Nathalie teamed with Kim Lukas and producer Graziano Pegoraro (T42, Ava & Stone, Mato Grosso) for a single entitled Breathe Again.

2016 : she did vocals on Alain Ducroix & Michael Sax's single Move On.

2018 : Nathalie was featured by DJ Jump on his single Memories

2021 : she re-released Change, the very first single she recorded back in 1991

AB Logic is a European dance music duo made up of singer Marianne Festraets and American rapper K-Swing (Cedric Murril). Marianne Festraets took many years of classical ballet lessons. She also contributed to the project The Dinky Toys, and did backing vocals for Isabelle A. The group was masterminded by Belgian producers Jacko Bultinck and Peter Gillis. Phil Wilde also took part to the project.

In 1991, Marianne Festraets was asked to go to an audition at Top Studio in Ghent (Belgium). She had to sing a dance track called The Hitman, and was chosen on the spot among several singers to record it and be a part of the project, together with K-Swing. Peter Gillis and Jacko Bultinck took the song to the MIDEM in Cannes (France). Ronald Van Huffel came up with the name AB Logic to promote it, and in no time they got signed at Warner East-West records in London! From that moment on, everything went very fast! In one month, they had to come up with a full album, which was the condition for the record company to release the single in the USA. And so AB Logic went on promo tour in the UK in June 1992. One day, an American DJ played The Hitman in a club, the song became an instant success.

Their second single AB Logic was quite successful, it peaked #1 in Israel for 3 weeks. Then their album was released.

Their last single to be released was a very nice eurodance track called Real World. It is not included in the album. It was written by Peter Gillis, Jacques Bultinck and Cedric Murril, recorded at Top Studio in Gent (Belgium).

Another single was confidentially released in 1996. Entitled Welcome To My Heart, it was written by Marianne Festraets, Peter Gillis et Cedric Murrill, produced by Peter Gillis, co-produced par Marianne Festraets. The single was published under BMG Ariola Belgium / Wax World USA import.

Apart from their first releases there was also a medley entitled This Is AB Logic, mixed by Les Massengale and Mark Roberts, featured on a compilation named Ultimix 47 (Ultimix Records).

2003 : Peter Gillis and Jacques Bultinck tried to relaunch the Paradisio project, but the single did not have the success expected.

2007 : Marianne Festraets with Alain Vande Putte was busy writing songs from Ronald Van Huffel. She started to take extreme vocal classes at ESPAVO Vocal Coaching in Mechelen.

2009 : Marianne is writing songs together with Ken Marcelis, a long time friend.

After a first solo single (Talk To Me) which was only released as a promo, Lisa Abbott worked extensively as a session singer with the renowned Stock and Aitken production house and with various other producers in pop music and television (Alchemist, Evolve, JHAL). She did vocals on DJ Bobo's hit Freedom. She recorded jingles, title themes and soundtracks for radio and television (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and other broadcasting and production companies)

More recently, she sang the title music for Hotel Babylon, Bodies and Coast. She was involved in development and production for European artists through major and independent record labels (Warner’s, Sony, BMG, Alphamagic, Universal, Nukleuz, All Around The World). She signed major recording contract as artist: involved in composition, production and performance with major releases in the UK and Europe (Warner’s).

She appears on hundreds of albums of singing, narration and composition for top educational and children's releases and broadcasts (Dorling Kindersley, Early Learning Centre, Tomy, Nickelodeon)

Lisa is currently composing and producing material for major and independent record labels as lead/backing vocalist and writer on labels such as AATW, UK Dance, Hecttech, Hardcore Heaven, Hardcore Reunited, Next Generation, High Contrast, Konami, Graffiti Trax, DFM Records.

Abigail Zsiga started her carreer as vocalist for the Love Decade project. With them she recorded one album entitled Decadance.

As a teenager, Abigail enjoyed her first UK chart hit in 1992 when I Feel You hit n°33 on the UK National Singles Chart. She then hit n°1 on the UK Hi-NRG Club Chart with her second single Could It Be Magic. Her third single, a dance version of KD Lang's Constant Craving brought her acclaim in 10 countries, particularly the US where it spent an amazing 19 weeks at n°1 on DMA's Hi-NRG Club Chart. Abigail's fourth single Smells Like Teen Spirit entered the UK National Singles Chart at n°29. Her fifth single - Don't You Wanna Know was featured on Interhit 's massive-selling DMA Dance Vol. 1: Eurodance in 1995.

Following the success of her singles, the artist's first album - FeelGood - saw release in 33 countries. Several dance music awards anda few years of solid touring followed until Abigail decided to take sometime off to have her first child, Ilana.

In 1998, Abigail signed with Interhit Records and Let The Joy Rise, with a more mature sound, represented an exciting and new direction for her. Let The Joy Rise was co-written by Janice Robinson of Livin' Joy (Dreamer) and produced by Thunderpuss 2000 (Barry Harris and Chris Cox). It was described as "an uplifting dance anthem packed with emotional vocals and backed by Thunderpuss 2000's powerful signature sound". It is caused a stir in New York & L.A. clubs from a handful of test pressings and Abigail toured touring the U.S. clubs this year in support of this single. An album entitled Nightmoves seemed to have been planned for December 25th 1999 but apparently was never released.

2000 : She was also featured on G & O Project's song Hardworkin' and Lucas' Got To Have Your Love. Both were included on a UK promo sampler called Deluxe Audio Presents: Dig The New Breed. She was signed to Strictly Rhythm Records/Groovilicious and worked with Thunderpuss again to created If It Don't Fit, which was an instant club hit and went #1 in Billboard Club Play Charts.

2001 : Abigail released a single she co-wrote with J. Carrano : You Set Me Free.

2003 : Abigail signed with an independant label, Eden Music (according to other sources, Eden Music was her own production company). She released a new single called Falling, and she declared she was preparing her new album. 5 tracks were already completed.

2004 : Abigail's new album was entitled Home... Again and the release was planned on August. All the tracks were slow, acoustic tracks. Abigail seems to have definitively turned the eurodance page...

2006 : Abigail took part as vocalist and co-writer to 10 Monkeys's single Lay Down.

2009 : she was featured on the track Forever Young (a cover of Alphaville's hit), on DJ Bill Bennett's first album Big Muscle Of The Rhythm. Abigail toured in early 2009 with a new line-up, new songs and a very new sound.

2010 : Be Still My Soul was the tile of Abigail's new full-length acoustic CD, recorded in San Diego and planned for a mid-November release. She also recorded a new dance track in collaboration with The Perry Twins entitled We’ll Never Know.

2015 at 08:11 : Abigail, Toy Armada and DJ Grind released 2 remixes packages for Let The Joy Rise.

2016 at 23:10 : she visited Joe Gauthreaux's single February (Our Last Kiss).

2019 : Abigail is member of a band entitled Sister Willow, with Chrissy Gardner and Megan Chenot. Their first song is entitled Jericho.

Nana Kwame Abrokwa was born on October 5th, 1969 in Accra (Ghana). At the age of 10, he came to Germany with his mother, brothers and sisters. Music was his hobby since his tender years, and when he finished school, he started a DJ carreer. He played at a lot of places and got kind of famous. He also appeared in two German movies. Then he met Toni Cottura. And they both understood that, one day, they would work together. At this time, Toni was successful with Fun Factory and producing great hits for famous acts like Marky Mark, the Backstreet Boys or N'Sync. In 1997, Toni Cottura left the Fun Factory with his partner Bülent Aris, and it was finally time for them to work together with Nana.

Nana started rapping under the name of MC Africa True (or shortly : True). He contributed to the eurodance group Darkness, with the single In My Dreams in 1995. The music was programmed and arranged by Bülent. He also co-produced some songs for DJ David Fascher (such as Make The Crowd Go Wild). Legend says that he did not like eurodance style, so he left Darkness afterwards.

Nana's first solo single Darkman was released in late 1996. The song was a big success in Europe, especially in Germany, Austria, Switzerland & the Benelux. Europe discovered a new musical style : European rap & hip hop. The real breakthrough for Nana came with the next single, Lonely. Featuring vocals by Alexandra Prince, it was a super-hit of 1997 Europe-wide, staying # 1 in Germany over 1 month. It entered the top 5 on most European charts. Then followed the singles Let It Rain (written for his Mum who passed away from cancer 10 years before), He's Comin' and Too Much Heaven from his debut album Nana - The Album. They all entered the top10 in Germany. The album featured many artists like Jan VD Toorn, Jonestown, Pappa Bear (Daisy Dee's brother), the vocalist Mazaya, Alex Prince as previously mentioned, as well as a lot of other Booya Family members.

In May 1998, his second album was out, entitled Father. Nana adopted a new style : R&B/Rap, with slower songs and more mature lyrics. He released the songs Remember The Time, Dreams (reminding a lot of the previous hit Lonely) and Father from that album, and they all scored big in the charts.

Nana first single from the 3rd album, I Wanna Fly (Like An Eagle) was released in November 1999 and it was a ballad about freedom. Then there was a big break and the planned third album was canceled, while Viva TV had already played samples from some tracks of that album during a one-hour Nana-special broadcast. Nana had worked hard and this was planned to be a big release, and a defenite hit in the charts again. Songs remained locked in the booya-bass. I Wanna Fly was a flop and after that, the Booya Family split up. Bülo couldn't release this album due to copyright problems, since all the producers and collaborators who had worked on the album had left. Nana recorded another album in the Booya studios. But since the Booya era was really over and the music world had changed a lot, this was not released the album as well. Nana finally left Booya.

In 2001, Nana did a comeback, this time rapping in German on the single Du Wirst Sehen (You will see). It was a great hit on the German club scene, but far away from the old Darkman-days. He started working on the new album which was going to be named Global Playa and would be in both English and German. But it was also cancelled.

2004 : rumors according to which Nana was working hard to get back on the scene were true. Nana released his new single Butterfly/Ride With Me, which was his first single from the new album (entitled All Doors In Flight No.7) that was released in July 2004.

2009 : Nana's new album was entitled Stand Up. It contained 18 tracks.

2014 : Nana cotributed to a collective single with DesiSlava and Pappa Bear, Cotton Candy.

2017 : Nana released a 2k17 version of his song Remember The Time on August 4th, along with a new video. Then came Go Away featuring Manuellsen & Vessy. Both songs were included on his album #BetweenLuciferAndGod, out on November. Album included collaborations with eurodance big names Thea Austin and Ice MC.

2020 : after almost 3 years of Nana Darkman was back with Ride With Me, a song featuring Manuellsen & Choyce. Then he released 2 collaborations with Samuel G : Lockdown and Pass Away.

2021 : Nana and Admiral C4C released a single entitled Money Stops Nonsense. Then Nana dropped a German rap song under the alias Nana209 : Qualität

Absolutely Fabulous was made for charity by the Pet Shop Boys. All artists royalties and proceeds from the sales of the single were donated to Comic Relief, to fight against hunger in Africa. It included samples and extracts by Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley from the BBC TV Series. Backing vocals were done by Tessa Niles.

The single Dance To The Music was produced by Patrick Bakker and Michel Rehatta. The performers were Cedric Lee Bradley and Lisa May. The CD includes an extended mix, an Idefix mix and a big-blue mix. It was released under the label Direct Effect (SPV) in Germany and XSV Music in the Netherlands.

I Feel The Heat (1995)

The single features the voice of Pepper MaShay (aka Jean McClain), a disco diva like Martha Wash or Loleatta Holloway, who sung for many famous international groups and artists (Whitney Houston, Tina Turner or Christina Aguilera among others), commericals, and movies. She also recorded about 20 solo singles. For instance she appeared on Abigail's single If It Don't Fit as lead background vocalist

The single sounded a little like a Robyx track. It was composed by Michael Lloyd, Tommy Oliver and Jim Ervin, published under Scorpio and Hot tracks in France. 6 mixes were made for this track, all of them are very hard to find : a Heat Mix radio, an AP Mix Radio, a Heat mix, an AP Mix, a USA mix, and an Original mix.

It was used as intro track for the TV series Acapulco Heat.

Tony Arcadi was rapper, producer (for example, T. Acardi & R. Graziano - Hip Hop & House Beats), composer and songwriter. He was co-producer of the group Video Kids which was very popular in the middle of the 80s. In 1994, he released a cover of hit-song that he had previously released in the 80s : Woodpeckers From Space. It was produced by Adams & Fleisner for Cat Music Single included: Radio Mix, 7 Inch, 12 Inch, Club Mix Long, Extended Mix and Video House Kids Version. This song reminded of DJ Duckpower - Get The Duck Out Of Here for very good reasons : he was also rapper for this project.

Accagas is Lappish and means "live coal". Accagas are the male singer Anders Sandberg and the female vocalist Jaana (Yana) Sundgren from Kiruna. Anders won the national Swedish rock competition in 1987.

I'm Alive was composed and recorded by Michael Johansson in Gallivare, produced by Michael Johansson and JJ at Swemix in Stockholm. Videoclip was filmed in location Jukkasjarvi in Kiruna in 1995 by Apollon Bild & Film, released by Warner Music the same year.

After 2 singles, this Swedish project split up due to internal dispute. It has been rebuilt under the name of Arctica.

Acropolis is a Russian project featuring Grigory Bunkov, Vladislav Levchenko and the vocalist Emma Novikova. They were based in Ekaterinburg. They released 3 albums. The first one, released in 1995, was called Technotango, and it was a classic eurodance album. The second album Koma was an mix of eurodance and hardcore, and the last one History had turned into progressive house (in a style reminding Brooklyn Bounce or Red 5).

It all started back in 1990 when Grigory Bunkov decided to create a pop-music project, but with real and serious texts. He liked progressive electronic music but also had contacts with rock bands from Sverdlovsk. He met the DJ Vladislav Levchenko (who had already created some tracks for different music groups). Together they recorded 3 songs in Techno, but they did not have any success. However they continued their collaboration, and in 1993 they were joined by Emma Novikova. In this time eurodance was beginning to be popular in Russia.

First album was recorded in 27 days & nights only during the year 1993. But it was finally released in only in 1995, and had great success in discos in Ekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk).

In the middle of 1995 they started to work on their second album Koma. But it was only in Autumn 1996 that they finally started the recording of new songs in Ekaterinburg's studio "Tutti record". Koma took auditory by surprise, since they were not ready to welcome dance music with serious texts. Anyway some tracks became hits in Russian housemusic clubs.

Third album History was also recorded on Tutti Records and completed in April 1998. Some tracks had pop-house influence but elements of eurodance were also included. They also shot their first video, for the song History. The CD was available in shops only in February 1999.

A 4th album called Cyngalai was started, but unfortuntaly it was never released. Some tracks were recorded in 2000, such as I Love When You...

Vlad Levchenko has since left the band and he started a new project with the singer Olga Lebedeva from Ekaterinburg. The style was hard rock music with dance motives.

Acting Lovers is a project directly inspired from E-rotic's musical and graphical universe, created in 2005 by producer Patrick Thomson and songwriter Jack Summers.

Shortly after, Patrick started to compose the tracks for the first album. Together with Jack he wrote the first lyrics. In February 2008, they finally found their vocalist : Miss Madison (Madeleine Mennig-Heinrich). "At that moment noone ever thought about the male parts of the songs, until Danny Ciccone grabbed the mic and started to rap the male parts of our song Tonight", they explain.

2007 : the single Flying Away was released, as limited promo only. The first album Hot was planned for release around September, but nothing came out.

2009 : their first single In Light And Darkness, recorded in Basement Sound Studio in Weiden, was released in January. On month later, it entered the Euro-HiNRG Charts. At the moment Patrick and Danny are working hard re-recording the first album which will be probably released in April. Their new single is entitled Tonight, release date is not known yet.

2010 : Acting Lovers released a new single entitled Thief Of Hearts

2011 : Acting Lovers's new album Burning Temptations was released on December 16th.

2012 : new Acting Lovers single was entitled Curtain Falls. It featured new vocalist Kathryn McCunningham. Follow-up was euro-reggae song Summertime. Then came Angels Never Come Back on November 30th.

2013 : new album Erotic Secrets was released on January 25th. Cam 2 Cam and Nights Of Ecstasy were the 2 new singles to be taken from it.

2014 : 2 new singles were out : Electrifying Love and Love Is In The Air. Then their 4th studio album Fun after Midnight, with 15 brand new eurodance tracks, hit the stores.

2016 : they published 2 new singles : Bart Don't Break My Heart and Honey Bunny

2017 : they released their new single Big Ben in July. In December, after publishing teasers for every song on the social medias, Acting Lovers released their new studio album Names 'n' Games.

The project was established in the year 1993 on a Sunday by 4 German producers and songwriters who called themselves the 'A-TEAM' : Thomas Detert, Mike Griesheimer, Nicole Wetzel and Manfred Poppe.

The group is a trio : 2 rappers (Mike and Thomas themselves) and several female singers : Nicole Wetzel, Rachel Rack, Marjana "Nanni" Zagar, Helen Smith.

Their first single to be released was Let The Rhythm Take Control in 1994. It featured the voice of Nicole Wetzel. On the CD maxi sleeve one could read that it was produced by Manfred Poppe and the A-Team. Actually he was only co-author. After the release of this single Manfred Poppe left Activate to produce the project X-Fade (which released the eurodance single Give Me More Of Your Love which unfortunately did not had any success). Nicole also left the project for personal reasons, and Andreas Hoetter and Alexander Stiepler became co-producers of Activate.

The second single was entitled Beat Of The Drum. Activate had to look out for a new vocalist, which became Rachel Rack. She did all the vocals for the album and they had to re-record Let The Rhythm Take Control once again.

The first and only album Visions was released a first time. Then came Save Me in 1994 too (along with the Megamix). Rachel Rack who has performed at the Starlight Express in Bochum returned to LA after the recordings in 1994. So once again they had to look out for a new singer and it became Nanni Zagar. She was Activate's frontgirl 'till the end of the project and she's the girl acting with Mike and Thomas in the Save Me video. As Save Me became a great hit, the album was just re-released with a new sleeve design, showing Nanni, Mike and Thomas.

Then followed in 1995 the hits I Say What I Want and Tell Me (with bonustrack Daydreamer). The track Rhythm And Drums was actually never released as single.

In the whole, Activate sold 400.000 units and had been on tour with all the big names of that period like Masterboy, DJ Bobo, Twenty 4 Seven, Dr. Alban... In the end of 1995, Mike and Thomas decided to start their own company "Activate music productions" and "Activate music publishing". Then they decided to give up Activate and to establish the 666 project. The debut-single from 666 Alarma was a remake of the Activate-song with the same name.

Another single was released, entitled Fall In Love With You. It was released by the records company Dance Street without even asking the original perfomers and songwriters. It was written/produced by Hoetter & Stiepel. The track was not featured in the album. The single featured the voice of Helen Smith aka Kristin and it flopped.

2005 : following 666's decrease of popularity, 666 team created a new project called Vinylshakers.

Andreas Hoetter is still working in the music business, but Alexander Stiepel got lost by his former collegues.

2012 : Activate plan to release a digital Lost & Found EP on June 1st with 3 previously unreleased tracks : Heart (Gimme More), Mister Moon and Mister Sun, and Dial My Number. They also included the rare 1996 version of Let The Rhythm Take Control, with original vocals from Nicole Wetzel and a new rap by MC Eduardo

2016 : Activate were back with a brand new single entitled Spotlight, a real classic eurodance song.

This project scored a huge hit in 1995 with the cover of the Cranberries single Zombie, reaching #16 in the UK singles chart, #20 in France and #35 in Belgium. The single featured Amy's voice, actually an uncredited Melody Castellari.

Second single Memories And Dreams was also a very powerful eurodance track. It was produced by Andrea Bellicapelli, Doctor D, Angelo de Robertis, Maurinaz. It included an Adams & Gielen party mix, a Columbo's touch mix, an Orbital test mix, and an XL mix. It was released under the label Dig It France.

In 1996, Nothing Sacred was released.

A song entitled Get Into The Music featured Miss Mindy and a rapper. Maybe it's the same project, maybe not...

Polish project Adams features the violonist Adam Tlatlik. The concept was to mix violin with eurodance music. Adams released two albums and several music videos. The first album Dance & Violin was released in 1995 under Laser Sound. After the success of the first album, a second one was released : Monday under Snake's Music.

Adam also appeared on 2 tracks on I&I's album Hey Mister and on X-Rave's single Tatrzański. He wrote the lyrics of one track on U&I's album Nie Mów Tak I Nie.

Olivier Jean-Jacques Adams is one of the most successful and well known producers of the New Beat era. Along with Praga Khan and Jade 4U, he was behind bands like MNO, Channel X, which ended up on the soundtrack of Basic Instinct (the movie), but the trio's biggest success was Lords Of Acid. René has been making music since he was 6 years old. When he became 18, he started performing in clubs, rapping his lyrics on different types of music. "I was just trying to invent some new styles" he explains. Some of his live performances were taped by the DJs. This is how Manuel Ramon, an Italian producer living in Germany happened to hear on of these the tapes and was interested. René and him met and recorded some demo’s. But they never made it to the real deal like a CD or maxisingle. But Manuel Ramon knew another producer called Mario Aldini who needed a rapper in a project. That’s how René became Priority's rapper.

Then he recorded one other song with Mario Aldini, entitled was called OK Corral by Think Twice. He then started to work with Luc Rigaux. They collaborated during 3 years. They made a Sister Sledge megamix together. René also did some rapping on Sister Sledge and for other projects.

Nowadays, René is working as a manager in HVAC business. Since 4 years he quitted being a DJ and started his own recording studio.

Tony Aguilar is a famous Spanish deejay and radio broadcaster. He was born in Cornellá de Llobregat, Barcelona on May, 1973. He had been always interested in becaming a professional disck jockey and mixed his own music with his older brother. In 1991, he got the chance to play on Radio Barcelona Cadena 40, since he won a discjockeys contest.

Later on, he moved to Madrid and came on top by playing on radio shows like "Anda Ya", "La Ruta Del Aguilar" and "Del 40 Al 1" with 1.746.000 listeners each Saturday morning.

Tony recorded The Crown (1995) with his friend Oriol Crespo in Barcelona; Rap-O-Clap-O (1996) was registered in L.A. with Christian De Walden. Tony Aguilar And Friends was released in 2003. It is a rap album.

Tony also worked as a TV presenter on TV shows like "Zona Franca", "Leña Al Mono Que Es De Goma" and "Un Planeta De Movidas".

Paparazzi was released in October 1994 in Germany under Virgin label. It was featured on the French compilation Dance Machine. As the titles indicated, it was about the photographs hunting stars for people magazines. Then came Girl, first released in Germany under the vinyl format (in January 1995) then in MCD format in May 1995 under Dance Pool. It was featured on the French compilation Dance Attitude. The maxi CD included an Original Mix, a Groove Mix, a Party Mix and a Jungle Mix. For this track, they seem to have collaborated with the Bermann Brothers.

A third single appears to have been released but it is very confidential. Called Life Is Love, it was recorded in collaboration with Ray Beyer, out in 1994 (records company : Virgin). The style was euro-reggae.

An album was recorded, entitled The Wicked Album, very rare and hard to find. It contained some other very danceable tracks, such as Naomi (a tribute to the famous model), Have Fun Feel Good or Ride 'Em Coyboy. Rob Bolland & Ferdi Bolland did the keyboards, synthesizers, samplers, bass, male backing vocals, drum & percussion programming, mouthorgan. They also did all the arrangements and mixing work. Bert Meulendijk was playing electric guitars. Hans Weekhout did the additional keyboards, samplers & computer programming. Esther Teule & Birgit Beelte were the female backing vocals. Yolanda Soniga did the female parlando.

The album was produced by Bolland & Bolland for B&B Records. It was recorded, mixed and mastered at Bolland Studios - Holland. All tracks published by B&B Music Publishing.

Odota (1995)

Aikakone (means time machine in Finnish) is a dance/pop project with 4 members : Sani, Vera, Alex and Maki.

Sani (real name : Saija Aartela) , the main female vocalist, was born June 8th, 1971. She has brown hair and green eyes. Vera (background vocalist, lyrics writer), was born in October 1971. She attended the University of Jyväskylä. She is blong-haired. Alex (musician, background vocalist, English lyrics writer). Alex is the male singer. His role as a singer diminished over time as he got more involved into the instrumental music aspect of the band. He was born in San Jose, Costa Rica on the 13th of July and speaks Spanish fluently : he wrote the song El Sol from the Maa album. Maki is the composer and producer of the group. He is no newcomer in the music business, since he had already produced many groups before. He plays the guitar.

They released 3 albums in Finnish language : Tähtikaaren Taa in 1995, Toiseen Maailmaan in 1996 and Maa in 1998.

Their music was simply wonderful with intelligent lyrics and superb vocal harmonies. The only thing that prevented Aikakone from huge international success was that they sang in their native language of Finnish. Later, they changed their name to Aika to reflect the language change from Finnish to English. Under this new name, they released 2 other albums : Time (A special internet-only EP, 1997) and Hear Me Now (2001).

2002 : Aika took par to the Eurovision song contest.

In 2003 they released a best-of album entitled Pophitit 1995-2003.

2008 : Sani competed to represent Finland at Eurovision Song Contest.

2011 : Aikakone are currently working in studio on their new album.

2015 : in May, Aikakone released a new single entitled Liian vanha. In October, their new album 2.0 was out.

Burnell Keith Herring JR was born on 15th of July 1969 in Chicago. His father Burnell Keith Herring Sr was working in the army so they travelled a lot. His mother is called Cornelia. She spent the second half of his childhood in Arkansas, then, as AK was 13 years old, his family moved to Frankfurt. At the age of 15, he began to dance. He also learned viola, violin, cello, and contra bass, and also got involved in his school's Concert Orchestra. Then he was promoted to the Symphony Orchestra within six months, which got him 1st and 2nd chair honors, and participated in three state competition's.

His first pseudonym was BK, but people called him 'Burger King' or 'British Knights' so he changed the first letter and added 'Swift' because it sounded good. Another explanation of his name can be found on his official website : an acronym meaning Asiatic Knowledge Swinging With Incredible Force Totally.

In 1983 (years after his introduction to the hip-hop culture) AK got involved with a Frankfurt based breakdance group called Floor Masters, learned the art of DJing, and continued to perfect his rapping and writing skills.

Back in the US, he entered the army but he did not stay very long because he could not stand the officers' racism and absurd disciplin. In 1990 he left the army and works as a DJ and a break-dancer. Then came 2 years of misery : he divorced from his wife, lost his job and becam homeless. He has a son also called AK, who lives with his mother in Germany.

After coming a long way, he began a score of releases, beginning with Underground Prophet, under the name of True Minds feat. B.K. Swift in 1991. Then he took part to the Cella Dwellas group as rapper and co-producer in 1993. From this collaboration, 2 singles were released : Rugged Discipline and Hip-Hop Hurra Rap Gegen Rechts. Still in 1993, his voice was featured by Jazz Con Bazz for the track Evolution Of A Mindflow.

Then AK was noticed by the producer Mike Staab, and became Magic Affair's rapper between 1994 and February 1995. The first time he saw Franca Morgano his partner, he found her so tiny (AK is 1,83 m tall), but was very impressed by the force of her voice. The cohabitation between the 2 members of the group was not always easy : AK was shocked by the way Franca was dressed on the scene, and he found her too nervous. They argued so much that AK left the band, but the rapper who replaced him didn't fit so finally he came back.

In 1996, after he was finally fired from Magic Affair, AK released a single Shake That Ass with the group C-Block.

Then he released with Franca Morgano a cover of Chic's song Good Times under the name of Blaxone. He signed under the Booya Records label and did a rap on Toni Cottura's Party Boom single, after that he had hits with his own project A.K. S.W.I.F.T. In spite of irregular success, AK kept on releasing singles. After Light In Me, he released In The Game. The song featured Will Williams, it was composed and produced by Bülent Aris, Tony Cottura and co-produced by Daisy Dee. The video was shot in Miami, and reached Top 40. AK also did a debut in Germany's hit movie 14 tage lebenslanglich.

A.K also participated in the charitable Big Basketball Challenge with stars like Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, DJ Bobo, Masterboy, and Nana. Which all of the proceeds went to a cancer research fund for children, the event was organised by Hand-in-Hand concept. Due to differences between AK and Booya-Music, AK decided to go his seperate way.

Later in 1997 AK produced a Breakbeat track for the inline skater Dirk Auer to celebrate his World Record. The song was called Pick Up The Speed , the project name was Inline featuring rapper Mad Flava.

In 1998 AK teamed up with Rico Sparx, Alley Cat, and Greg MCcoy, the result was entitled The Professionnal (featuring Will Williams, Leidra Jones and Kosta Wilson as vocalists). He also recorded So In Love With You which was never released. He did a guest rap appearance on Playstations' single Bust-A-Groove, and was featured by Cloud 9 on the single You Spin Me Round.

In 1999 AK came back to Booya and recorded the track It's On (with Mazaya feat. Craig Smart), which reached # 75 on the German charts. Then a track called Do U Wanna Die was scheduled to be released in mid-May 2000.

2001 : AK has signed a deal with In-Motion AG record label Bookmark and released You Know The Names vs. s.Oliver BBL Allstars (Basketball Bundesliga) on March 5, 2001. This song is the official Hymn for the Basketball Bundesliga. His first album was planned for the Autumn 2001 but it was never released.

2003 : A.K.did a comeback in June, with the single Here We Come, that he co-produced with Paul Schulte. This track was released under Bellaphon Records, for the European NFL team Frankfurt Galaxy (who became World Bowl Champions shortly afterwards), featuring raps from A.K and team member Calvin Spears, with support vocals from Preshuz T, Chris Pointer and The Galaxy Cheerleaders. AK also appeared on the track Who's Next Large's debut album Larger Than Life, the song Oh No from the German rapper Big 6 debut album, and two songs on Simon Collins (Phil Collins' son) album.

2004 : in the beginning of the year, AK created his own label, called Hoodkatz. He started working with his former collaborators Danny Sullivan and Martin Prodwhiz again. The result of their efforts was the single Pussycat, released during the summer. The solo album should be soon released and the name is going to be 13.

May 29th, A.K. performed in Saarbrücken with the group Large for the discotheque Kufa birthday party. October 29th, he performed his soon to be released single I Growl (Step Back) with his new DJ "Deviate" at the discotheque Nachtsicht in Heidelberg. It is not clear wether the single was finally released or not.

AK'd rather be considered as a poet than a rapper. He likes basketball, body-building and football. Is also a big movie fan with over 1000 movies in his private collection. He sends money each month to his family who stayed in the US. He describes himself as a complicated man. He usually wears sneakers and clothes designed by Karl Kani (an American streetwear designer). He likes chinese food. His favourite artists are Harrison Ford and Arnold Schwarzenegger. He hates George Bush. He listens to many hard-rock groups. He has a son called Anthony Joshua.

AK's future plans are to produce other artists, and to become an actor.

2005 : AK Swift and DJ Deviate formed a team called the Trak Predatorz, DJing in the disco Funkadelik in Frankfurt one Wednesday and one Friday a month.

2007 : AK produced and performed 2 songs : the single I Growl (Step Back), featuring Iz, and the single I Wanna Pusssycat featuring My Linh, for the German movie Madonnas (aka "Madonnen"). He toured with Ayman, and the Eastside Famlee, in Dormagen (Germany).

2008 : Magic Affair got back together and released a remix of Omen III under label Balloon Records in Austria, and did a tour there to promote it. AK also started his commercial acting debut for Lindy Electronics (a new cable company), and Avia (Fuel resource), unfortunately he had no spoken parts.

2009 : AK and Franca were asked to perform at the RTL Ultimative Chartshow in Köln (Germany). While working on the new Magic Affair album, AK is also producing his A.K.-S.W.I.F.T. album titled Chronicles of a Ghetto Ninja. He is als the chairman of his own productions KNIGHTZ INC., producing artists in many styles such as Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Latino, and House.

2014 : AK teamed with Struggle da Preacher and Young Noble to release single 365 Grind

2015 : he released a second hip hop single with Struggle da Preacher entitled Still...

2016 : AK Swift announced that he was back with a new single called Reigning Day, planned for March and featuring Peabo, but it seems that it was finally not released. An EP should have followed in May 2016. He is also producing a new dance act together with producer Bernd Waldstädt. He appeared in a few small roles in a couple of independent films. He also became a columnist for Mittelpunkt-Zeitung, interviewing music artists for his column Rise of the 90’s

2017 : AK Swift teamed with Lorenza Maluku to create new dance project M.A. (Mystic Arts). AK and Janina were featured on Philipp Tesarek's project J.O.Y.C.E. Let The Rhythm Take Control, a real eurodance song.

Akcent was founded by Adrian Claudiu Sînă in 1999, along with female vocalist Ramona Barta. At that time, Adrian worked as a DJ at Radio contact. Their debut album Senzatzia, released in 2000 as cassette only, was electro-pop. It contained the song Ultima Vara (Last summer), which was a summer hit in Romania. Then Ramona left, and 3 nice-looking boys took her place : Sorin Brotnei, Mihai Gruia and Marius Nedelcu. Akcent ha become a boys band. The second album În culori was released in Romania on January 10th 2002 and was certified gold within the 3 first weeks. It included the single Ţi-am promis.

In 2003, they released their third album 100 BPM, featuring the songs Buchet de trandafiri (bouquet of roses) and Suflet pereche (soulmate), which were quite successful. Then in 2004 came the album Poveste de viață (Story of a life), with a radical change of style.

Following the steps of O-zone, they gained international recognition with their European hit Kylie (#21 in France, also a small hit in North America), which was the English version of the song Dragoste de inchiriat. Followed their first album in English French Kiss With Kylie, composed with Gigi d'Agostino, and released in Europe on August 23rd 2006. Then came the single Jokero which competed to represent Romania at ESC 2006, but was not selected. Then, they released a best of album entitled Primul Capitol and started an international tour. Follow-up single French Kiss (English version of 9 mai) was a cover of Stela Enache's Extemporal la dirigenţie.

2007 : King of Disco was the name of their new album. 2 singles were taken from this album : King of Disco (an homage to Madonna, in the current disco-pop revival style) and Red Bikini.

2008 : Marius Nedelcu left the project to start a solo carreer. Corneliu Ulici, formerly from boys band Bliss, took his place. Only one single was released this year : Umbrela ta.

2009 : Corneliu left the project. Akcent released their new album Fără lacrimi (Without tears), with the now famous accordion hooks. International version of the album was renamed True Believers. Edward Maya contributed to the singles Stay With Me and That's My Name, which charted in whole Europe.

2010 : Akcent ceased their collaboration with Edward Maya, accusing him of having stolen the melody of That's My Name for his own single Stereo Love. Adrian Sână started composing alone new songs for the project, in parallel with him new solo carreer under the name Adrian Sina. New singles Love Stoned and My Passion had a lot of success, especially in Arab countries and India.

2001 : they released the single Feelings On Fire. Then came I Can't Live Without You.

2012 : new Akcent single was entitled I'm Sorry. It featured vocalist Sandra N.

2013 : 2 other Akcent members left the project, only Adrian Sina remained. Afet acoustic ballad Nu Ma Tem De Ea, Akcent's new single was entitled Boracay and it featured vocals by Sandra N

2014 : in March, an EP called Around the world was out. In June, Akcent released new single Kamelia, featuring singer Lidia Buble and rapper DDY Nunes. In August, Akcent published a new videoclip : Everytime (Turn My Life Around), featuring Ronnie Bassroller.

Based in Brecht (Belgium), singer and songwriter Maureen Alberg contributed to the eurodance projects Power Process (Satisfaction) and C-12 (I'm Gonna B Your F). She was previously a member of the band The Radios. They released an album entitled Baby Yes.

Aleksandra Jovanovic aka Mazaya started to make music very early in her life. Her mother is a Jazz singer and her father is a drummer

In the age of 12 she got her first studio job and sang at parties. She made first experiences with a band while she continued her studiowork. Afterwards, she made a 2 year dance experience at a formation called On Stage and joined another band, where she met Alexandra Prince. She recorded a duet with her entitled How We Livin' in 1998.

She then collaborated with many artists from the Booya Family : she was featured on some Pappa Bear, AK Swift and Toni Cottura releases. She was the voice singing the choruses on Nana's hit Lonely. She also appeared some videoclips, for instance for the United Booya Family videos such as Shephard in the storm and Bible in my hand.

2006 : she was featured on Jerry Ropero presents Michael Simon Home Alone.

2009 : she contributed to a track on Antoine Clamaran's album Spotlight

Already at the age of 7, Alex became fascinated when his older sister listened to different eurodance artists. As it was in the beginning of the 90's the eurodance was pretty mainstream among the teenagers.

At the end of the 90's Alex became stuck in the eurodance genre and started producing his own stuff. It wasn't until the year 2004 he released his first official record at his own record label where he and Basshunter released each own record. The very first single Don't Need Your Love was released in 2004. It featured vocals by Pernilla Eriksson.

Later in 2005 Alex met Marwa Chebil, who just had competed in Idol 2004 in Sweden. He asked her to do backvocals in his upcoming album (Past, Present & Future). Alex chose to produce his new album with old studio equipment back from the 90's to get the real eurodance nostalgie feeling.

2006 : their first video I'm Gonna Make You Mine got released during the summer, together with the album. Right now they are doing gigs in Sweden.

2007 : Alex started recording his upcoming album in the studio, the single (Lose Control) got released the same year.

2008 :  Alex wanted to release a new up-to-date sound album to get higher publicity in Sweden, so he started to produce house music. The single (Put Your Hands Up) got released in December.

2009 : Fans complained about the new style and Alex didn’t feel comfortable with the new sounds either so he started to re-record new songs with the classic 90’s style again. In October 31th he releases the single Moonlight which was inspired from the Twilight saga movies. The single will only be released digitally on restricted stores, mostly US. 

On 4th of December he released his new album Self Control. For the first time, it was distributed internationally both on CD and digital. This was 3 years of hard studio work and Alex has never put as much effort before as on this album.

2010 : Alex recorded a videoclip for his single Moonlight.

2011 : Alex's next single will be entitled I Wanna Feel Your Love. In October, the title of the next single was revealed : Paranormal Rhythm, still featuring Marwa.

Alex Party is a project of DJ Alex Natale featuring the Visnadi brothers. DJ Alex Natale was born in Italia in 1967. The songstress is Robin "Shanie" Campbell. Shanie attended the London School of Musical Theatre where she studied dance, singing and acting and passed with honours.

In 1993 they released a few house singles such as Alex Party, Alex Party 2, Saturday Night Party...

Success started with the single Don't Give Me Your Life, a song written by Shanie at a very low period of her life. The single was a great hit, reaching # 2 in Israel, # 2 in UK, # 1 in Italy and Austrlia, and # 7 in Europe. They continued with the single Read My Lips in 1995. In the summer of 2000 Alex Party had a new big hit with U Gotta Be.

Alexia was born Alessia Aquilani on the 19th of May 1967 in La Spezia. Since she was a child she had an irresistible attraction to music. When she was 7 years old she began studying piano and voice at school. Her family, noticing at such an early age her singing and performing talents, decided to point her in the direction of a musical career. It was during this time she won more than 50 song-contests achieving the title of 'Little wonder'. When Alexia was twelve she studied dance. In the meantime Alexia kept on doing shows in clubs, becoming familiar with the stage and live crowds.

When she was a teen she joined a very famous pop group in La Spezia, called 'I Ragazzi Migliarina'. After finishing school she started working as a full-time singer, doing many shows during the summer. During one of these shows she was contacted by a manager of a group, working in disco's, and he asked Alexia to be their lead singer. This was the start of her professional career in the clubs, without giving up her studies of opera and classical music. Alexia also founded her own group called 'Brother Machine'.

This was the time when Alexia first met Robert Zanetti (her producer, better known as Robyx). Roberto's sister Viviana had told him about Alexia as she heard her singing in a club with withher band. He came to listen for himself and approched her, asking if she would like to go to the studio for an audition. So in 1989-1990 Alexia entered the DWA team, at first as a studio vocalist. She did vocals on Lita Beck - It's Alright and on Two For Love Hold Me. She co-wrote lyrics of Wilson Ferguson - Sometimes with Robyx.

In 1991 Roberto asked Alexia to take part in the Ice MC project. She did all the vocals on his album Ice'n Green. In 1992, she released as single under the name Alexia Haslip entitled Take Care Of Your Life, composed by Giuseppe Cominotti, released under label Future Rhythm.

In 1993/1994, the great success came and Alexia and Ice MC did shows all around the world. Meanwhile, she gave her voice to many other DWA products : Alexia Cooper, Digilove, Fourteen14, Galactica, Gray Neve, KU, Due... She also sang the background vocals of DoubleYou's hit Please Don't Go, and two songs on his Blue Album.

In 1995 Alexia released her first solo-single (also featuring Double You), called Me And You. This single was released in August and just a few days from its release, it made waves everywhere reaching the top spot in Italy and in Spain. 1995 was also a very tragic year for Alexia, since she lost her dad Agostino.

After that great eurotracks followed, like Summer Is Crazy (released in May 1996, with a remixes CD released in August, #31 in France, #36 in Austria, and #25 in Switzerland) and Number One (#36 in France).

In 1997 her album Fan Club was released, one of the best Eurodance albums of the year. The album also was released in America, with a different title: Fun Club. With the euro reggae track Uh La La La Alexia had her biggest hit all over Europe, although it took almost a year of airplay. In several countries this track was released two times. First in 1997, and later in 1998 again. It ranked #10 in the UK, #13 in France, #16 in Switzerland, #15 in the Netherlands, #6 in Austria, #5 in Sweden and #7 in Israel. With this track it seemed that Alexia had said goodbye to eurodance, because the follow-up Gimme Love (#16 in Israel, #36 in Sweden and # 17 in the UK) almost was a copy of Uh La La La. The same year, a single entitled Hold On was released, but only in Brazil. It's a very hard-to-find item...

The second album was also a disappointment for eurodance fans since it was filled with ballads and euro reggae. Only The Music I Like was a eurodance song. It was released as the follow-up to Gimme Love with some remixes and appeared on the soundtrack of the popular TV-serie 'Baywatch'. It reached #22 in Israel and #34 in UK.

Alexia's first single of her third album was called Goodbye. It was released on the 8th of July in Italy. Goodbye was more pop than dance with less electronic instruments and some guitars on it. The sound has a '70/80's feel to it with a catchy chorus and an intense melody. The Italian musician Marco Canepa was involved in this project by Robyx for the musical arrangements. The single went #3 in Israel.

Alexia's third album Happy was released at the end of August. It contained 12 songs from dance to R&B, from pop to sweet ballads. Among the tracks were Goodbye, Happy, Change Your Life, Baby Baby Baby, Let The Music Play and Te Amo. Alexia presented the new live show which consisted in herself performing live + his guitarist Paolo Mirabelli + Theo, a DJ doing tricks with his Technics turntable while Alexia sung accappella...

The latest single released by Alexia with Robyx entitled Ti Amo Ti Amo, and it peaked #12 in the Italian charts. After the release of her album The Hits in June 2000, Alexia left her producer Robyx to sign under Sony. She said that she came to the moment where she wanted to show her complete talent. On October 19th, 2000 the new single Non Ti Dimenticherò featuring Gianni Morandi was released in Italy only. The next single to be released was planned to be Baby Baby Baby from the latest album The Hits, with no precise date.

2001 : Alexia released her new single Money Honey which was followed by a new album entitled Mad For Music already out in Italy. She started a live tour in Italy (first appearance in Rome on the 15th of July) and appeared at Festivalbar on the 3rd and the 10th of July. Money Honey peaked # 4 in Israel's Dance Chart.

The following single was Summerlovers, which was written by Alexia and M. Marcolini, remixed by Vanni J.

2002 : Alexia's brand new single is Dimme Como (Don't You Know), a track totally sung in Italian. It was released on the 6th of March, from the forthcoming album simply entitled Alexia. It was quite succesful in Italy, reaching #4 in the charts. This album was planned for the 8th of March, it contained 9 Italian songs and only one it English. Sad news for all eurodance lovers : her style will now be soul-related.

On the 5th of March, Alexia took part to the San Remo festival (broadcasted on Rai Uno), the biggest national Italian song contest. Her song reached #2...

Alexia's next single was Non Lasciarmi Mai, and it was played a lot on the Italian radio stations. The next one was be entitled Don't You Know (the English version of Dimmi Come) and it was released in the 25th of June... in France included (where it was not very succesful, though appearing in the local charts at #70). Afterwards Alexia is released the English version of her album Alexia... Her tour started in Iatly on the 10th of July.

Alexia was nominated to the "Italian Music Awards" (broadcasted on the Rai 2 on the 2nd December). Her next single to be released in Italy was entitled Hasta La Vista.

2003 : Alexia released a brand new album called Il Cuore A Modo Mio. In March she won the Champion award at 2003 San Remo festival. Her single Per Dire Di No peaked #11 in the Italian charts.

In May she released her new single, Egoista. She also did a tour in Italy. In September she sung a duo entitled Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu, with opera singer Andrea Bocelli at the Auditorium of Roma.

2004 : after taking a little break to rest from the year 2003 which was very intense to her, Alexia came back in studio to record a new album. She collaborated with the producers Louis Biancaniello and Sam Watters (known for producing hits for pop stars such as Anastacia) for the song Come Tu Mi Vuoi (You Need Love), and with Diane Warren (who worked with big names like Celine Dion and Aretha Franklin) on the song Se Te Ne Vai Cosi (I Want It To Be Me). Come Tu Mi Vuoi was the first single to be taken from the new album Gli Occhi Grandi Della Luna. The song Una Donna Sola was not released as single, but it was played a lot on Italian radios.

2005: Alexia took part to Sanremo Festival and was second in the women category with the song Da Grande, which was afterwards released as single (scoring #18 in the Italian charts), followed by a new album of the same name. This album featured Alexia's biggest Italian hits, along with three English bonus songs, as well as the previously unreleased song Mai Dire Mai.

Mai Dire Mai was released for the radioplay on 29th April. It is not sure wether this song was later released as single or not. Alexia did a tour in Canada in May and June. In June, Alexia was chosen as godmother for the third edition of Renault Italy Safe N'Sound campaign for the road safety. She will sing a totally new song on the album which will be realeased with Renault

Then she started her summer tour in Italy in July. The new single Une Donna Sola was planned for radio release the same month.

Alexia wrote and performed a song entitled Vola Via for the Italian version of the new Barbie 3D movie "Barbie And The Magic Of The Pegasus".

In October 2005, Alexia married Andrea Camerana, Giorgio Armani's nephew.

2006 : Alexia's single Uh La La La was covered by the Polish project Blog 27. In November, she announced that she would soon become a mother.

2007 : during the first 6 months Alexia was busy caring about her baby daughter Maria Vittoria, born on Valentine Day. Her new single Du Du Du was released for radio play on 13th July. The song was written by Alexia and Carlo Gargioni and was available for Italians only.

2008 : Alexia's new album should be released in April, according to what she declared during a show on Rai Uno in January. After Blog27, Crapman made a hands-up cover of Alexia's hit Uh La La La.

Her new single Grande coraggio (meaningin "Great Courage"), a rock song, was presented on the radio on May 30th. In August, Alexia did a special live concert in Pekin, for the Olympic games. Two videos were filmed for the release. It was the first video clips Alexia had filmed since Da Grande.

Her next single was Guardarti Dentro (meaning "To Look At You Inside"). The video featured Italian actors Roberto Farnesi, Kledi Kadiu, Primo Reggiani, Rossella Brescia, Giorgia Surina and Roberta Scardola and premiered at the Roma Videoclip Festival. The single reached number thirty five on the Italian itunes chart[6]. As the single was a one track release from an album that was already out (and did not differ to the album version), no separate download or artwork was issued

In October, Alexia was selected to represent Italy at Globalone Music, worldwide music project uniting the talents of platinum selling artists covering 20 countries over 5 continents. She will record a song specially written for the event, and contribute to a collective song entitled Lately. Both will be included on a double CD compilation to be released in March 2009.

2009 : Alexia took part to San Remo festival in February with Mario Lavezzi, but did not win. The title of the song was Biancaneve. Summer is crazy was covered by Finnish artist Virpi - Rakkaus On Hulluu.

She re-recorded her last album with other Italian artists, such as Madame Sisi and Jeffrey from Bloom 06 (former Eiffel 65, with an English electro-pop remake of Il Branco entitled "We" is the power). The new album was entitled Ale & C.

Alexia's new single was the one she recorded for Globalone Music project. Called Come Nessuno, it featured the rising star Andrea Dianetti. The song was released as a digital download on May 19th, 2009. A video was filmed for the song with each language version dubbed over it. No artist involved appeared in the video...

Then, "We" Is The Power was released on 12 June. It was the first Alexia release in English since You Need Love.

E Non Sai (meaning "And You Do Not Know") was the third single from Ale & C, and was released on 9th October, with the video following on October 18th. Once again, no separate download or artwork was issued since this duet with Madame Sisi did not differ from the album version.

2010 : Alexia's new album Stars was at first planned to be released in 2010. It was then postponed, and in May a short preview was published for the fans... In June, the new single Stars was released, along with a studio videoclip. In September, the title of her new single was revealed : I dreamed a dream. In November, Alexia's single Grande Coraggio was included on Christmas compilation Caro Papà Natale.

2011 : in July, Alexia gave birth to her second daughter Margherita

2012 : more than 15 years after, there were rumors about Alexia recording a new single with Ice MC, but nothing came out. Her new single was entitled A volte sì a volte no. Videoclip was directed by Stefano Bertelli and produced by Seenfilm

2013 : Alexia's new single Io no premiered in March during an episode of I Migliori Anni shows to which she took part. It was followed by a new album iCanzonissime in June. In November, she released her next single entitled Jenny Vola. It was composed, written and produced by Maurizio Lobina (Eiffel 65).

The dutch collective, Alice Deejay, is formed by the production teams Pronti (aka Sebastiaan Molijn) & Kalmani (Eelke Kalberg), DJ Jurgen, M. van der Kuy & DJ Isaac, Hazerdous, Svenson & J. Gielen and Danski & DJ Delmundo (of the Vengaboys) and the frontlady, Judy (Judith Anna Pronk) who, according to the rumors, only lipsynced.

Born December 8th 1973 in Amsterdam, Judy started learning classic dance from the early age of 6. She has a teacher degree, though she has not chosen this carreer. At the age of 18, she started working in discos in Amsterdam as a DJ.

On stage, the project is represented by Judy and the dancers Mila and Angel (aka Mila Levesque & Angelique Versnel). Alice Deejay did an instant breakthrough with their debut single, Better Off Alone, which reached # 4 in Israel, # 2 in the UK and # 32 in the USA. It was produced by DJ Jurgen, who released singles like Higher & Higher in 1999 (with a trancy music like Better Off Alone and a beautiful female vocalist) and One Step Closer (which reached top 10 in Israel). Better Off Alone is also known to be the most remixed song ever. Pronti recalls " I came up with the sentence "Do you think you're better off alone" when the love of my life had left me. It's kind of ironic cause I never even told her the song was about her."

Better Off Alone was followed by another mega hit, Back In My Life : it scored # 5 in Israel, # 4 in the UK and # 17 in Germany. The band's style is defined as trancepop : the music was trance, while the singing was in a pop style. Alice Deejay's debut album, Who Needs Guitars Anyway ?, was released in April, 2000. The album contained 14 tracks and the video of Back In My Life.

At the end of the year, they won the award for their hit single, Better Off Alone, in the category Best Chart Act, defeating other nominees such as All Saints, Jennifer Lopez, Eiffel 65 and the Vengaboys. They were nominated for Radio Music Award (in the Most Requested Party Song category for Better Off Alone)

Afterwards they released the single Will I Ever which was # 9 in Israel, # 7 in the UK Followed the equally successful The Lonely One (# 5 in Israel and # 16 in UK).

2001 : The follow-up Celebrate Our Love was #17 in the UK on February 2001. It was also their last single to chart in the UK.

2002 : Judy announced the split of the Alice Deejay project. The producers created a new project called Candee Jay.

2004 : one of the former dancers Angelique started her own company (AV Performing Productions) and gives training lessons as well as creating complete choreographies for artists, bands and commercial shows.

2005 : Judy is working as a freelance hair makeup artist and beauty/fashion consultant. Mila Levesque has graduated from the famous Lucia Marthas dance academy and, after Alice Deejay, is still very active in the world of dance. She has released a single Lift Me Up for a lollypop commercial.

2007 : Judy nowadays works as an announcer at the Dutch Nickeledeon channel.

2012 : melody of Better Off Alone was covered by David Guetta feat. NeYo and Akon on their single Play Hard.

2014 : Alice Deejay was back for concert appearances with new singer called Ilona, the same producers and a new spelling : Alice DJ. They've been touring all over Europe and also announced a new single to be released soon.

2017 : Judith Pronk confirmed she would not wome back with Alice Deejay project.

Real Name: Alisha Ann Itkin. United States singer and songwriter, she was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1968.

Alisha had several hits in the 80s and 90s, including Baby Talk, Too Turned On, All Night Passion, Bounce Back and more. She worked with producer Mark Berry on her first album in Vanguard Records and sold over 2 million records with this label. Her second album was released on RCA Records in 1987 called NightWalkin and it included the dance montage song Do You Dream About Me ? for the movie Mannequin. It also included the song Into My Secret which reached #97 on the US charts. This album was also produced by Mark Berry.

Her third album was released on MCA Records in 1990 and was produced by Michael Jay. It included the title track which played on radio and dance clubs internationally as well as the single Wrong Number.

In 1996 Alisha released the eurodance single Wherever the Rhythm Takes Me produced by Critique/Fever Records.

Alisha's most recent single was You Wanna Be A Star, which was the title theme song for the Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon movie Superstar. After taking some time off to have a family, Alisha has decided to work on some projects to be released in 2006. She has also started performing again for different venues in United States.

Alko Pro was founded in Belgrade in 2009. However, their songs sound like eurodance of the 90s. The project is fronted by rapper Milos Nedeljkovic aka "Shomy", Lazar Corluka aka zol@, Marko Markovic aka Boske, and female vocalist Katarina Blagojevic.

Shomy was born in Belgrade in the territory of the municipality Zvezdara on November 28th 1989. He lived in Vracar until his 7th year, after he moved to Zarkovo where he still lives nowadays. He attended elementary school "Sava Kovacevic" also ended up in Vracar, in the same place and then attended secondary technical school GSP. Now, a year pause in order to post a university or high school.

Boske was born in Bosnia, Sarajevo on December 2nd 1990 and Lazar Corluka aka zol@ was born 12th September 1990 in Belgrade. Even as a kid, Boske moved to Belgrade and lived in Zvezdara but soon moved to Zarkovo. zol@ and him ended elementary school "Djordje Krstic" in Zarkov. Then zol@ attended "Technical schools" Ivo Lola Ribar", ending his cursus in 2009. And he still looking for adequate faculty who would like to attend.

Katarina Blagojevic started doing music very young, writing her first texts at the ago of 10. She gave her first live performances in 2007, with 2 of their songs and sad songs of "Nevernih beba" or Rock ballads. She went in studios at the beginning of 2008, recording the first song You and I with Kidom. She is also a RnB singer, and cooperates with Mixom who works all arrangements and music.

They already recorded many nice eurodance tracks, including Nekad I Sad featuring Malena.

Scottish singer Heather Allan Finnie took part to the projects Dymension and QFX. She also visited Rimini's single Come Together

Heather nowadays lives in Dundee and works as a vocal coach for Aspire Vocal Coaching. She also tours with QFX for gigs.

According to the project's official biography Ally and Jo were two plucky girls who became friends after meeting in a bookshop, where they were both in the process of buying the same book by Stephen King. They soon discovered that, apart from the well-known writer of horror stories, they also shared a passion for singing and discos. It was a natural step to combine their extraordinary vocal talents and the results didn't escape the ears of the producers, Larry Pignagnoli and Davide Riva. The choice of the first single, a remake of the classic The Lion Sleeps Tonight, in dance-club style, was an idea of Ally's, who said that she kept hearing a seventies version of the song at the hairdresser's and couldn't get it out of her system. Followed 2 other hits, Nasty Girl and Holding You.

Their fourth and last single was released 1998, it was entitled In The Zodiac (Stars Say You'll Be Mine).

On of the voices belonged to Annerley Gordon (it's probably her on the covers, the name Ally really sounds lika a short form of her first name, moreover her full name appeared on the credits of Holding You). The second girl could actually look like Dhany (who was credited among the songwriters of the single Nasty Girl). But according to rumors, she was rather Samantha Boni.

Alpha Beat was a Polish eurodance project of Star maker produced by Jacek Kruszewski, featuring rapper Arek Namysłowski and female vocalists Edyta Zdrojkowska and Anna Sochacka. They released their first album Ta Rozkosz To Ja in 1996. It was re-released under title Nie Jestem Sobą the following year. Dariusz Adekoya (Del Junior) contributed to some tracks of the album.

Second album Tańcząc O Zmroku followed in 1997. Project was officially renamed Alphabeat. Lyrics were written by Marcin Kitliński and Piotr Sznura, music was composed by Crazy-Bass and Marcin Kitliński. It was arrenged and engineered by Krzysiek Czub.

Magic Touch was written and produced by Alessandro Iacovaccio. It went Top 10 on the world chart at mp3.com, included in many CD compilations from the same site. Althea became one of the first "music web star" ever. They got a call to make a live interview on national Italian TV Rai (show "Uno mattina") and a mention as "the most popular italian artist on the web" on the Italian news paper "Corriere della sera". A remastered version was released in 2015.

Rosa was a member of a trio, singing in weddings and parties. In 1999 she entered the dance group Alto Rango. Later, Rosa worked as a step and spinning teacher in the gymnasium Iron Salfer of Zaragoza (Spain).

Alvajárók (can be translated as Sleepwalkers) is a project from Hungary created by István Csont and Kozso (Zsolt Kocsor). Music composer Kozso has been playing the guitar since the age or 9. He started his carreer in a rock group and won several talent contests. He turned to dance music in the early 90s. He is also responsible for projects such as Ámokfutók, All 4 Love, Shygys and Picasso Branch.

Their first, self-titled album was released in 1993 under label Magneoton. Sound was house of the early 90s with a few hip hop tracks and it was quite succesful. Album featured Adrienne Fehér, Lajos Gáspár, György Jakab, Ferenc Muck, László Pásztor and Kata Wolf. Songs were written and composed by Csonti and Kozso.They also released a promo EP including 3 songs : Crazy Dance, Don Juan and Ne Törődj Semmivel.

In 1994, they released eurodance single Törd Szét (meaning "Break it off" in Hungarian). Single included 2 other songs : Vigyázz Rá and Feel This Kinda Way. Kozso had left the project and Tanita became project's female vocalist. In 1995, Induljon A Tánc (meaning "Let The Dance Begin") was released. Then came second album De..., released under project name Alvajárók II.

Tanita & Csonti were probably the performers behing project Night Foundation which released song I Wanna Be Your Beat on compilations.

Nowadays Istvan Csont works as a freelance audio Engineer, Music Producer, Composer and sound designer

Amadin is John Amatiello and Kristian Lundin featuring artists such as the rapper Swing and the singers Jessica Folcker (miss Stockholm '94, who released a Solo pop-record in 1998 and had some big radiohits in Sweden) and Nana Hedin. U Make Me Feel Alright was written by Nello, Engdahl and Silvia. It was a great hit in Europe and in Isreal where it scored # 9). When the debut single was released Kristian and John worked with Dr Alban on the album Look Who's Talking. Afterwards Swing went solo and released the debut single Sweet Dreams 1995. Jessica is tried to make it as an actress and signed to the Diesel label. Then she started a succesful solo carreer. Nello kept on writing songs (for example Nello, Razzia and Silver, all signed on Remixed records) and did some remixes (for example for Solid Base's single Sha La Long, for La Cream etc...)

Kristian and John produced and remixed other Swedish artists, such as E-Type, Papa Dee, Herbie and Dana Dragomir (panflute artist). Amadin is currently split up since John wanted to 'do other things than just music'.
